No one answers phone. No way properly to track a package. Package sitting in their distribution centre for 3 weeks unable to communicate to get delivery details. Absolute trash company.

Honestly the worst transport company I have encountered. I had to personally contact the depot manager to get my delivery, customer service over the phone do nothing.Don't waste time calling, if your item is late just email your closest depot, and also get onto your sender to get them to chase it up so they deliver on time.How can you call yourself express if all your deliveries are a week or more late?

Going into 4th week of not receiving parcel- has been stuck at orange depot for 9 days at least. Have been told ‘it will be delivered today’ 3 times now, only to find out that they cannot find it in the first place. TRacking is useless and not even worth looking up. No local depot phone numbers are listed either so you can’t chase up your parcel…

Avoid at all costs. One of the worst freight companies I've ever had to deal with in the 25 years I've worked in the retail industry.Forever have to chase them to see where your deliveries are.What takes other companies 3 days to dispatch, this company on average takes 2 weeks.When they do eventually turn up, they try and hide stock that they've broken/re-packed & dump it in main thoroughfares.I feel for the poor drivers that work for them.

The truck driver of this company tailgated, flashed his light and even beeped at me for doing the 60km speed limit through Blackheath, Blue Mountains this morning at 9:40am.Initially, I thought something might have happened as the weather was very bad but then I realised he is just a horrible driver and should not be on the road. By the other comments here we can see this is not a one off thing.I went straight to Katoomba Police station and they now have your number plate - YN 610Z on notice.People do not have to move out of your way just because you think you can intimidate them. If you don’t have patience to drive then get another job.

I have been trying to track down my order for days. Appalling service. Cant get through, leave a message and no one gets back to you. With all the IT systems we have, why cant someone get it right. Just incompetent !!

Bloody hopeless!!!! Dispatched goods from Kings on 10/2 and still have not arrived. Tracked the goods from Sydney to Wagga 14/2, then sent to Tamworth 15/2, then back to Sydney before going to Wagga twice and its somewhere and tried to call on the Wagga number but disconnected and the Sydney number put me on hold with out speaking to anyone and asked to leave a message. Its now the 22/2 and in the 12 days its done more kms all around the state but still don't know when its being delivered.

Terrible company.2 weeks to deliver a parcel that's one hour away from point to point. Happened 3 separate times so this is just who they are, though they had no problem charging you a premium. The custom service was more of a customer beratement service. Truly they must find their customers nothing more then an inconvenience and can't make the effort to hide their distain for you.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Driver did not bother to check if somebody was home before returning goods to a depot and then a random call told me that this due to drive being too steep. A week later and we still cannot take delivery as we have been told for 2 consecutive days that goods are being loaded into a van and never show up.Wherever their call centre is located, we can hear chickens on the call, they do not know about customer service at all. Will never recommend to anybody and will make sure that existing customers move business to somewhere that can deliver on time and with care.
