The Rokabye people are amazing. My girls were due to have a party there, but came down with a virus. The Rokabye people were so understanding and accommodating, helping us find an alternative day. They are extremely professional and very, very kind.

A beautiful selection in this store and lovely staff, they also host classes and parties and have lots of fun events to hear about.Kara who runs the stores is lovely to deal with, super helpful and very passionate about what she does and working with children, I love going there!

I had my daughter's 4YO birthday at Rokabye and it was perfect. The owner and the girls have been really helpful throughout the whole event end to end. They've tried their best to accommodate all our requests and queries, and what they've presented on the day was fabulous. The setting, the party bags, the activities, everything was beautiful. All kids and adults had a really great time and amazed by this place. Thank you

My daughter had a friend's party at Rockabye. She was having a particularly bad day and I needed to talk to the party girl's parents when she was dropped off and also pop in to check in her during the party. The woman working downstairs in the shop had such a bad attitude and was downright rude. I was considering having my daughter's party here before but have certainly changed my mind after this experience.

My daughter had an Encanto themed birthday party at Rokabye Bay St a couple of weeks ago. It was incredible. Gorgeous host, amazing decorations (on theme) and so much care and love from the owner. So happy. Definitely recommend Rokabye for birthday parties.
