From the moment we reached out for a service on our oven the entire team have been fantastic! Responsive, on time for the appointment, polite & friendly. I will definitely be encouraging friends to use them when needed. Cannot talk more highly of the team & their service is outstanding.

I had an issue with my Breville coffee machine and this was the authorized repair center for the warranty repair. The service tech sent me some photos (attached here) and told me that the machines circuit board was damaged by cockroaches and the repair would not be covered under warranty. The photos did not show any damage so I visited the shop and asked the service tech again and he insisted that it was cockroach damage to the circuit board. The issue with the machine presented as a flow meter problem (there were multiple posts about the issue online and flow meter replacement had fixed it). I asked for a quote for the parts only portion of the repair costs and was surprised to see a flow meter and a circuit board listed. When I asked why the flow meter would also be replaced the service tech said as a precaution and was told that the circuit board was again faulty and he did'nt want to argue about about it. Not trusting the service techs judgment I decided to order the flow meter and replace it myself. $23 for the part and now the machine is working fine. Sadly in my experience here the service techs judgement was way off the mark and it cost me $23 and voided the remainder of my warranty. I wouldnt go back here for my repairs.

After a very frustrating communication with the Manufacturer - Samantha from Wholesale appliance supplies handled things incredibly! She was amazing, even when I lost my cool at the situation which was at no fault to her or WAS- she was wonderful and understanding to our frustration and situation. We are really grateful for her patience with us and for doing everything she could to help us. Thank you so much Samantha. Although the issue wasn't a warranty issue (more an owner operating issue) the price for call out was affordable, and we will definitely be using WAS again.

We bought a new fridge and it failed after a few days use. We had to get Wholesale out to have a look. cannot speak more highly of Larry the tech that came out. professional and caring. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and then rang the office to start the process of getting a new fridge.Then jump to Lama in the office, whooshka, she was great. Her calming manner and complete understanding of the issue. Giving me advice on how to deal with the manufacturer.About 30mins later, she rang back and said dont worry i have sorted it all for you. WOW what a rock star.Thankyou to the entire team

I just can't believe how incredibly helpful this place was when our washing machine needed repair. Purchased from The Good Guys and still under warranty I was told to ring them.I dealt with Sam who was such a pleasure to deal with and really went the extra mile. She was always cheerful and kept me up to date with progress reports.After a number of false starts, because of LG not them, Larry the technician got it done. He ended up coming back After Work! To try to fix it when he couldn't get it going on the scheduled visit! He then made a call the next morning just to check it was ok.Seriously good.

Great help over the phone, unfortunately didn't have the part I was looking for but were quite happy to do their best to help me find it

Ben is a highly skilled friendly professional technician. Arrived on time was quick to identify and fix the problems with my fridge. Provide hand info and tips on aspects of fridge care to optimise functionality.Highly recommend Ben and his customer service team were most helpful and professional in all my dealings. I just had my fridge die on me and needed to deal with this company. From the first phone call with Jenny and followup calls from Samantha as well as the 2 technicians that came on the same day that I called I found the experience fantastic. Absolutely wonderful service and Samantha did everything she could to sort out my fridge issues straight away. Would highly recommend this company

I needed help with my dishwasher and was helped by an older man on the counter when i purchased my water inlet valve for my Westinghouse dishwasher also he helped me with a screw for it as well and by someone ( warren i think maybe could be wrong sorry)on the phone the next day and with their help and a you tube video i got my machine running again , many thanks for your help and yes i would come to you again no question

I have had a lot of issues with my New Fridge and have called this Company many times as they are the Preferred repairer for my Fridge over the many times i have called i have found all the staff really helpful especially Lana who has gone above and beyond to help me and resolve all my issues with a peice of mind knowing she takes control and gets the job done. Also the repair man Larry he is excellent as well in his approach and getting the best out come. I could recommend the team and Lana and Larry enough. it is a pleasure dealing with this Company.
