Couldn’t rate Your Agency high enough!! Went and looked at the property the previous Saturday morning and Chris was doing the inspections. He was so friendly and approachable with questions at the viewing. He was very prompt with the application process over a bank holiday weekend (as he was aware we were living in short term accommodation and needed somewhere asap). When we were informed about our successful application, the next stages ran very smoothly in sending bonds and rent. We then arranged to meet Chris at the office to discuss the lease which he was not only super efficient and thorough with but incredibly knowledgable about the property and the area. Keys were given and we moved into our new home within two days of finding out, luckily for us!! It was an amazing experience dealing with Chris from start to finish and to know he is there for us if we need him really settled us in. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent/sell/buy etc! Great service, from a great team!!
