I needed a new data point ran through the house to connect my new internet service to the modem and the guys were excellent and professional with the entire process. We ran into some complications with the internet settings and I had to call my ISP but they both stayed the entire time to make sure that everything was working at the end. Great customer service, very friendly and would highly recommend!!

Called business to reconnect electrical wire.was,quoted me almost $11:000 to fix, without carrying out the proper tests. Just told me everything needed to be replaced. Said they would come the next day to start, told me it was a 4 man job. I called another electrician to get a 2nd opinion, he came out,within 1 hour, tested the wiring, and there were no faults, done the repairs and the power was back on that nightTotal cost was $1650

Wonderful service by Kahn not only did he fix my electrical problem but he was able to identify a safety issue with a blown fuse that I was not aware of, very grateful for his thoroughness and attention to detail. Friendly and polite as well, he is a credit to your business.

Please avoid at all costs people. Very dodgy. They charged $350 upfront callout fee and the technician that turned up to the property was clearly not interested at all in fault finding and identifying root cause of the issue and instead went straight to the fuse box and tried to charge me $2,000 to replace a perfectly good fusebox before he would even look at the fault.Also unable to articulate reason why the fusebox needed replacing and to top it off left an unextinguished cigarette at the foot of my door step before leaving.

Beware this company is a rip off. Charged me $165.00 call out fee, when their website states no call out fee charge. Technician canceled following day appointment. Appointment was rescheduled for following day at 9.30am, technician did not show up. Numerous phone calls to receptionist and no reply. When she finally replied she said technician will be at my property at 10.20am. Cancelled job and asked for my $165.00 call out fee refunded. Had to message receptionist several times in order for her to process my refund. I do not recommend this service at all. There are far better and more professional electricians out there.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING.They like to take advantage of elderly people in an emergency, and charge them 4x the amount a normal electrician would.They will make you pay a ridiculous amount of money and the quote will be for top brand items.....THE WORK WON'T EVEN GET DONE AND THE ITEMS USED AREN'T EVEN WHAT WAS IN THE QUOTE.You should be ashamed of yourselves. We know ALOT of people the electrical industty, and we are alreasy putting the word out about how shady you people are.

These guy's are WAY impressive! In their work, professionalism, uniform, the well equipped van's... EVERYTHING! They even bought us cold drinks when the power was off! Old school service with a smile is SO good to see n experience again! Wow!
