We were fortunate enough to have Cristina Ritacca as our Property Manager for over 10 years. She was always extremely professional and kept us informed about how both of our properties were progressing. She was prompt in her follow up and very efficient in dealing with any issues that arose. We found Cristina and all of the staff as Collett Realty to be very approachable and helpful with all of our requests. We would highly recommend Cristina and the team should you require a Property Manager.

The landlord Cristina and Kathy are very rude, especially when having problems with previous rental with them. Asked for multiple things to be fix that weren't and they decided billing us at the end of the lease was appropriate. Have taken court action and do not recommend this real estate to any home owner or rental tenants. I am disgusted.

We rented a unit through Collett Realty for just over 2 years. Our Property Manager Cristina alwayswent above and beyond to help us with any request or inquiry we had . She was always friendly, responsive and professional.I highly recommend Collett Realty - in particular Cristina - if you are looking for a rental in the southern suburbs.

And again, a selfish, idle real estate company shows up with a nonexistent information chain and a strong will to do nothing. As a tenant, your rights are ignored with silence, and hidden defects are assigned to the rent payer. This company operates like at the beginning of the seventies, which also reflects the employees' presentation. Further negative Google recessions should be considered as accurate after this so negative experience!

Absolute nightmare, please avoid.As a landlord and tenant I have never went thru such a grossly negligent real estate experience before.Leased property mid renovation although the property was supposed to be ready prior to lease commencement. Multiple privacy breaches, entering property without permission, miscalculated rental payments and absolute extortion when it comes to additional charges at the end of lease.Now threatening and claiming additional amounts 3 months post bond release.I`m happy to hear from others that suffered at their hands, they should not be licensed agents.

Honestly myself and my partner had the worst experience renting through Collett Realty. Avoid if you are looking to rent or lease your home, highly unprofessional. Our relationship started off well with our agent and we felt very comfortable and personal only for the agency to try and do myself and my partner dirty towards the end of our lease. They attempted to try and force us to pay an additional months rent even though we gave notice of intent to move more than a month prior to our lease ending and then made it seem like we did not give notice and that the owner was not taking any legal action when they eventually backed down but really they had no grounds and knew we were willing to take them to court for our bond. Manipulative and unethical. If you want a professional real estate agency I do not recommend this company.

I was renting with Collett Realty for 14 months and had a very pleasant experience. My real estate agent Cristina was always good to us, approachable, professional and fair, making sure we were looked after. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent with Collett again or recommend to others!

Our recent rental in South Fremantle was managed by Cristina from Collett Realty.Cristina was always very professional, helpful and friendly without intruding on our private space. Any concerns we had were dealt with promptly.For some of our tenancy we were locked out of WA and Cristina helped with a few problems which arose during our absence, including organizing a gardener who was also efficient and reliable.We would definitely recommend her as a Property Manager.

We rented a house off them in Coogee, they made it so easy. When we bought an apartment and moved up north we rented it through them, its been trouble free, Crissy is amazing, she sorts everything, any works needed I leave it to her. Our place has only been without tenants for a month in more than 4 years outstanding work, I never ever thought I'd say that about a realestate agent but its 100% true
