As a loyal customer of 4 years to Kwik Kopy Camberwell i am writing this review in hope that the company can learn from their mistakes and move forward in a positive direction. I came in to make some adjustments on my paperwork, which was done on the day and I paid the invoice there and then. I asked how long it would take to be printed as it wasn't major changes but was important that I get it done asap. They told me it would take 4-5 days. I then requested for it to be sent to me as urgently as possible via express post. Not only did they not send it express post but it was almost 3 weeks from the time i paid my invoice and made the changes to when i actually received it.When I called them to enquire on the whereabouts of my paperwork a male staff member answered the phone who was extremely rude, told me that they had been sent and it was now out of their hands and that they couldn't do anything more about it. He then hung up the phone on me while in mid conversation!!! When i called back the same male staff member answered the phone and told me he didn't have the time to speak to me and that he was busy. I immediately requested the managers phone number and spoke to her about the customer service that i received. The manager (Ash) was very helpful and apologised for the staff member being so rude. That afternoon I finally received my paperwork, which was dropped off by the manager her self.
