Bellarine Mower Service

This guy couldn't care less about the customer, Never returns your calls. I had start cord switch repace got the mower home after he fix it. It didn't start, took it back said it needed a service, why didn't he check to see if it started or tell me it needed the service. before hand. So he had mower for another week charged me over $200 I didn't want new blades i just told him to fix mower so it would start all these hidden charges.Stay way from this guy..

New pull-cord replaced and engine checked while I waited, because I needed to keep using my mower. Friendly, efficient and good value.

Bad experience, but easily resolved.

Went in for a cord replacement and ended up paying 5x more than I paid for the used mower. Quoted $25+ and charged over $100 more. Corrupt.

Took an Aldi chainsaw for repairs and they charged $170, a new one costs $99, stupid on our part, morally corrupt on their side don't go there!

My husband took his ride on Mower to get fixed, he purchased it from Bellarine mowers about a year ago, he told the guy he didn’t want to spend more than $1300 max after finding out what the issue was, The guy at Bellarine mowers had the mower for over a week, my husband called in to pick it up because he was told it was going to cost $1900 to fix because the parts were more expensive than he anticipated, only to be told that he couldn’t put the mower back together because he had to cut a part to pull it apart though did not even make a phone call to my husband to see if it was okay to do so, therefore couldn’t put the machine back together again unless he put all new parts on it, so my husband had to sell it to him for a measly $200, if the mower had of been put back together he may have been able to get 400 to 500 as a trade in for a new one, complete rip-off, especially when you consider he purchased the ride on from him for $1300. AND bellarine mowers had the nerve to charge him $100 to pull it apart!!!

Not sure why people complain about the costs of repair vs replacement - thats how the disposable consumer world works these days - so its not their fault. I used them to but some spares - they were friendly, knowledgeable, and after I had replaced the part - they tuned the mower for free.

We took our mower here for repair at the start of the year, spent $150 to get it working only to get it home and it still didn't work any better. We bought a new mower and will throw that one out. All up a waist of $150.
