Pointe Pilates Studio

Have been going to Pointe Pilates for around 3 years. They are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone interested in doing Pilates.Judy P

I have never done Pilates before but have always wanted to. On a whim I booked a session while I was on holiday. I had seen great review about Pointe Pilates and after my session today I understand why!!! I can not rate this place highly enough.I had booked a group class and was informed that it was just going to be me in the class, instead of cancelling my class or moving me to a different session they used this opportunity to give me an introduction and beginners guide to Pilates as they knew it was my first time.My instructor Tayla was so patient and kind to me and really took personal care in explaining the movement and form. making sure I was developing a mind muscle awareness with all the movements.She was able to personalise and adapt the session based on my own strength and weakness ensuring I was always comfortable and working with in my own capability.I left in love with Pilates and wanting to move to the coast just so I could continue classes at Pointe Pilates.If you have ever wanted to try Pilates or looking for a Pilates studio at the Sunshine Coast PLEASE do yourself a favour and go to pointe Pilates. You won’t be disappointed.Thank you again Pointe Pilates for such a wonderful experience

I was a client at Pointe before I was an instructor. I loved how welcoming the instructors were and how they ran the classes. Love everything about Pointe Pilates! The clients are all so friendly with each other always chit chatting before classes :) I'm so glad I'm able to instruct and workout here now!

I highly recommended pointe pilates as someone with back issues and various injuries it has been a God send! Veronique and all the staff are fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and really care about clients, class sizes are small so you get that one on one attention and it's such a friendly environment in a beautiful studio. I went to my first PP class around 2.5 years ago, after a friend convinced me to go!! I instantly loved Vee, Tayla and the crew with their personal and individualpain inflicting styles. I eventually convinced my husband, whom also now a dedicated attender! The classes have given me time to breathe, corrected my posture and strengthen my body.More recently, PP has supported and guided me through surgery rehabilitation, chemotherapy and now radiation. I handled my intensive treatments so well because of PP and I’d be lost without them!! The instructors are genuinely attentive and know when to push you harder, whilst ensuring you feel safe and confident. I love you all feel so lucky I have landed at PP - I never get bored and always feel challenged x Vee is an inspiring teacher and has created an amazing team.

Veronique is the best Pilates teacher I have ever come across in my 10 years of Pilates. Her attention to technique and safety is second to none and she has a lovely manner when correcting students. The studio is attractive, immaculate and very well equipped. The Basi reformers are the best I’ve ever used.

Whether it is a class with Veronique, Tayla, Simone, Kristy or Jodie, Pointe Pilates offers amazing, fun and challenging classes. You certainly come away knowing you have done a work out. With such a beautiful, welcoming and family environment, I cannot recommend them enough.

Pointe Pilates offers such a welcoming environment to safely explore pilates and movement. The trainers are fantastic and it’s such an encouraging and uplifting environment.

A lot of assistance with correct technique, very friendly studio, so supportive with bringing out babies in, very supportive with make-up classes, classes have a lot of variety - Veronique and the team have been so amazing for my post natal recovery
