Free camp-site with enviro toilets and river frontage.Great place for short break. No power, water (less river) or showers.Close to Braidwood, and not too far from Canberra.

Nice camp ground, clean toilet and friendly people around. But next to the road so get a bit of car passing noise.

Disgusting, the homeless have taken it over. It was lovely at one stage. You can be homeless but you don't have to live like a slob. We parked far away from them. There are toilets here.

Not a bad place to camp. Good pit toilets available.

Not a bad little stop over, access to some sites are better suited to off road setups but still plenty of sites accessible for most. The highway isn’t too noisy but you do hear the odd car or truck. Plenty of flies and mozzies in Summer.

Lovely place to camp, yes near road so a bit loud at night. Ignore previous post about permanent people being slobs, yes there are permanent residents at this sight but they were far from slobs. Whilst we were there we witness them lawn mowing as well as collecting loose rubbish. Ignore the bigotry of previous posts!

Ok place for a rest stop.Camped overnight, good access to the river, which was flowing well.Camping stop is very close (on) to Highway so cars and trucks made for a constant background noise.Other campers there too, some look as though they have been there for long while.A nice afternoon exploring the river bank, a little fire before rolling out the swags.
