Elden's Autobahn

Sorry to say, but our first experience with Elden's Autobarn was terrible. Extra effort was made with 40 minute each way drive for early 7:30 am drop off for 8:00 am mechanic start time so service would be completed by late morning as was agreed and confirmed due to our other scheduled afternoon commitments. When my wife and I arrived as agreed in two different cars, Elden and wife Shirley were too busy to review scope of works, busy with line of other cars for warranty of fitness works, and then stated my car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon. If they were considerate individuals, they could have called the day before to reschedule, but didn’t.Worse yet, leaving a well-maintained prestige car parked in their parking lot is a death wish for your car: damages by busy truck traffic, other busy businesses equipment, trailers, boats, etc, and tight parking spaces.Twice attempted to nicely sort out and explain the prior arrangements, but both Elden and wife Shirley were indifferent to what they earlier agreed, and couldn't be bothered with sorting things out. We retrieved the key and took our business elsewhere. Based upon our experience, these two cannot be trusted. I'd strongly suggest you go elsewhere if you care about your time, Elden's Autobarn honouring their commitments, the condition of your car, and their honesty. Huge waste of time. Sorry, but this was our experience.

Eldens autobahn have been amazing. I could not recommend them enough.From a standard service to something major my car has always come back like new.I recently had my cla45’s turbo refurbished and from when I purchased the car I’ve never had so much power, I seriously can’t take the smile off my face.Keep up the amazing work guys.I’ll see you again when my next service is due.

Don’t buy anything off these guys! Website makes out like everything is “in stock” when in reality they order from overseas once they have your cash. By the time you realise your item is not arriving for months it’s too late. They refuse to issue a refund (even though state legislation says they have to) and you may never see your items. Buyer Beware!! And before you (the seller) reply saying “You were notified of delay” it’s now the 19th May and I have screen shots of all our correspondence and dates you promised and your website still says “in stock”! I don’t know what in stock means to you but to everyone else it means you have it there ready to ship!Buy direct and bypass these people

I just had my Subaru Forester Si 2019 model diagnosed for a noise problem on the front end by Eldon and it was fixed straight away.The noise had seemed to be coming from the front wheels.After I had originally complained to City Subaru in Brisbane re the noise and they replaced two front driveshafts and lower control arm bushes under warranty, the noise was still there.Frustrated, I was referred to Eldon by John Taylor and Eldon found the problem was rattling plastic covers on each side of the engine bay which were creating a drumming noise.He sorted by packing foam matting underneath the covers.Problem solved finally and so simple.So nice to deal with a real professional that can diagnose annoying faults such as this.Can't thank Eldon and his wife Shirley enough for their pleasant and efficient service.I will definitely be having my car serviced and maintained by them in the future.Five stars for sure. :)Paul Mugridge.

Fantastic service, having just moved to the hope island area I wasn't sure where to find my new mechanic. But after asking on social media groups where people take their cars, this place kept being recommended.Don't let the high end cars on their page put you off, I took my ford ranger here and pricing was cheaper than the ford dealer.They even washed it an included a 6month roadside assistance at no extra charge. Worth the wait if they are booked out. Will definately be back for next service

Had my recently purchase pride and joy, Audi R8 in for a service with the team at Eldens yesterday and they did an amazing job. Such a great family, and such a great family business. Loads of knowledge, loads of services on on offer and i look forward to having a long term relationship with Eldens and their team, and have already recommended them to friends and the supercar club I am a member of!

I have been using eldens autobahn for servicing and performance upgrades now for some time. My car, my wife’s car, my work vehicles and recommended to many others. My family is in the motor trade so finding someone to trust can be hard. Being a family business makes a big difference. I’ve also had tuning done with Kyle, I would be fussy with cars and he has always been happy to answer questions and most importantly have the answers! Great and honest service!

Highly recommend this workshop, a real place for any car enthusiast no matter what you got. Had my brakes upgraded and also a major service done. Car runs much better now, may say that’s far one of my best experiences.Special thanks to Kyle and the outstanding customer service from the woman who always answer the phone, unfortunately forgot her name.

Kyle and the team at Eldens are by far the best mechanical team I’ve ever dealt with, a seemingly impossible job on the repair of my vehicle due in part to negligence from a competitors workshop was made seamless after most shops would have given up and quoted a new part instead of fixing the repairable item.Overall very happy with the work carried out and the service levels provided, cannot thank them enough
