MECCA Eastland

I attended your store today in search of some new skincare as I felt my current products weren’t working for me. As I was browsing staff member Amber approached me and asked me if I needed help well I really did as what I was thinking about purchasing was not good for my skin type. Amber took the time to ask questions about what I use and recommended some products that would suit me. It was such an enjoyable experience and great customer service. Honestly it really made my day. I really appreciated all her help thank you so much.

I usually avoid going into mecca because every other time I've been there the staff will look at me like I don't belong in there and it's very unpleasant, but today I was looking at the fragrance section and Ally was super lovely and helped me figure out what kind of scents I like and it was the first time I actually felt comfortable in a mecca store. Thank you Ally

I would highly recommend visiting the Eastland Mecca store as, their staff members are so friendly and welcoming! If you come, I highly recommend asking or booking a lesson with Ava who gave me a bunch of helpful and insightful advice. She helped me find the right products that match my style, skin tone and budget. Ava was also very patient with me and answered all my questions about the products.

most staff were really nice, attentive and helpful except for karen. i nicely asked for a sample and said hello first but she made eye contact with me and begun walking away, saying “i’m in fragrance. someone else will help you”. not a very nice experience. i understand that there are zones that people are assigned to but that was rude and not helpful

Wonderful, more than five star service, from Jamie. She was knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, patient and so friendly. Great experience from entrance to exit. Awesome selection of products, great space and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend Mecca

Today I was served by three separate assistants in store (and the register person). Every single person was kind, non-judgmental, and pressure-free on the sales. Their advice was good on the products and perfumes, everything worked as per advice in the end. Very happy, would return to that store.

It was really good experience at mecca today. A girl named “Hannah” served me. She was really nice and she helped me a-lot to find product according to my skin.

Had a good experience here. The lady serving me was very helpful. I needed EyeBrow wax, and she showed me what she thought was best. She also gave me tips of how to get the most out of the product. Great work

Super late review but I just needed to thank a lovely worker at this store!!! Around 2 weeks ago, my partner discovered not only had she run out of her regular Nars tinted moisturiser, but that the item was completely out of stock in Australia. We were headed for a 2 month holiday quite literally the next day and were desperate to find something that worked!! Sarah came in and went above and beyond to ensure she liked the texture, colour, price and as a bonus made sure the item was suitable for us to bring away with us in our travel luggage, which we didn’t ask but GREATLY appreciated!!!!!! My partner has just used her new tinted moisturiser for the first time and loves it so much, she’s planning on sticking with it even if her old one comes back in stock!!!! Thank you so much Sarah for your kindness and your patience, definitely a 10/10 staff member!!!
