Used these people before to install dashcams and they were great. Went recently to get a faulty window switch replaced. The man at the office had poor communication skills and wasn't friendly. After undertaking diagnostic tests he ordered a part in for us and we returned a few weeks later for the installation. Dropped car off first thing in the morning but by late afternoon we'd heard nothing. We rang him multiple times and he never answered the phone. Eventually we went back and spoke with him directly. He then confessed that he'd lost the part. Told us he would would ring us once he'd found it. That was weeks ago! To make matters worse, the area where he performed the diagnostics was not screwed back properly and it looks a mess. Extremely unhappy.

David has done some previous work installing a brake controller in my car for my caravan and an Anderson plug on my draw bar. Today , he and Eloy installed a reverse camera on the back of my caravan and a HD colour monitor on my dashboard. Once again I was super impressed with the meticulous workmanship and great customer service. Highly recommend Dave and his business!

I have no idea when it comes to cars (can't even change a tyre if I had to) and it's very obvious. Dave has looked after my car ever since moving to the area and I never had the feeling that he is overcharging me. To the contrary, I think he is very affordable and honest and he can fix just about anything that I break.

I had great help from these guys - they fitted my car in to get fixed before I went away so it could be sold, gave me a much better assessment and description of what the issue was and fixed it efficiently and for much less than a quote from elsewhere.

Person who answered phone seemed uninterested and not particularly helpful

I had a problem with my 1984 Subaru digital instruments. Dave attended to all the instrument clusters failing connections, which can often mean removal of the cluster and it sent to Launceston a costly and inconvenient process. Dave was very thorough and fixed all the problems.His interest in his work and enthusiasm is to be recommended. His charges are reasonable and his attention to his customers very good.Thanks also to Eloi.

Booked in to have trailer lights sorted. Lovely pleasant service from the young lady at the front of house. Arranged day to drop off, spoke to the auto electrician, picked up next day, job done, no fuss, good rate.
