I have been extremely pleased with my recent experience with Neelu asmy hearing has been progressively deteriorating over the last few years. From the initial testing through to selection of the most appropriate typeof hearing aid, thorough explanations and demonstrations, Neelu madethe whole process relatively simple to understand. She is highly qualifiedand passionate about helping her customer to get the right solution. The best part was when the new hearing aid arrived and Neelu went througheverything I needed to know. I could not be happier with the sound quality,advice given and particularly the hearing aid selected. Thank you Neelu!

I cannot imagine a more caring and professional service than Neelu George provided me. I had been referred to an audiologist twice previously but was not satisfied with their approach and did not continue. I was impressed with how Neelu carried out her assessment and kept me informed about what was happening, answering my questions and explaining everything I needed to know to feel secure and comfortable. I cannot recommend more highly her empathy, attention to detail and ability to meet my need to improve my hearing.
