Needed flowers in a hurry without lilies, the lady working was very helpful with showing me my options and even offered to make a new bouquet without lilies for me :)

Ordered mothers day flowers from local florist. Only one have transaction handled by 3rd party Petals Network. Company delivered 2 days early and said we can do this according to our T&C. Very misleading and deceptive. Not recommended

Been coming here for years. The flowers are always fresh & last ages with proper care. Prices are reasonable. If I need something in particular, I call ahead & let them know in advance & they always deliver. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's my go to whenever I need flowers.

Poor quality flowers, not fresh...I bought some flowers for a gift - lady behind the counter offered to mix some together for me. I didnt realise until after leaving that some flowers in the bouquet were damaged or browning, including a large banksia that had a big part of it dead/falling apart. Bouquet cost $45... I had to remove some flowers before giving them to my friend. Left thinking I should have just bought a bunch from Aldi next door.
