TERRIBLE service I’m not one to post reviews normally but hopefully this can stop someone getting as disappointed as I was! Not only did I have to sit there and wait for 45 minutes before they even started my nails but they all cracked and chipped off within a week. I’ve never ever had this problem with SNS at any other salons. Will not return.

The only reason I’ve given this salon 2 stars is for their extensive color selection. Outside of that, nothing too positive.SNS nails are done so thin on the tips, they crack and chip within a week.The person who did my pedicure was so rough!! For something that’s suppose to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, it absolutely was not.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Worst pedicure I’ve ever had & the cleanliness of the salon was disgusting & when I complained I was dismissed, hence why I have posted here.

Last time I came my nails were beautiful however this time they’ve been absolutely ruined, I asked for rounded nails and I ended up with sharp, square nails that were rough and poorly done

Got SNS done . The nail technician was rude and was rushing to choose the colour and was not helpful in advising about the color combinations for nail art. Didn't even cut the cuticles before doing the nails which is done by other salons, when asked about it she mentioned that they don't do it and charge extra if the customer wants to get it done. No customer service. Never going back.

I came for SNS and repair. Been here once before, nice French nails I had done, we’re gorgeous.Horrible experience today, no costumer service whatsoever, my nails are not evenly shaped, my first finger and second finger’s shape are the same length. (Massive different in size). Cut them way too short when I showed her what I wanted and didn’t do my cuticles. I have had shocking pain with the tools they used to shape and cut the nails done, I bled from this experience. Not worth it, wasting time.
