Fortitude Homes

Hi, I am Abhilash Jose, and I had given a review few weeks ago which is perfectly valid and correct. There was a response given to it by Fortitude which is misguiding the people who are looking to know the reality about Fortitude. I had called them up many days ago and it was agreed that their reply would be corrected. Still, I don't see any corrections. I am having to login with another of id as google is not allowing me to reply on top of Fortitude's reply. This company is definitely not trustworthy.

I recently took possession of my home built by Fortitude homes. I received the build schedule early and received handover on time as per schedule. The house has been built to Spec with good finishing. Overall, the build experience has been fantastic and handover seamless. Thank you, Fortitude homes team. Would recommend to anyone looking to construct.

We have been really impressed with our house recently built by Fortitude. We found Corey and the team very professional and great to deal with. Nothing was a problem and they were always very prompt & clear with their communication. The materials, fixtures & fittings are of a much higher quality than any of their comparatively priced competitors for an equivalent sized house.Even with all of the recent difficulties in the industry (sub contractor & material supply shortages & price increases etc) they went the extra mile to ensure our build process went as smoothly as possible.Would definitely recommend Fortitude!

Just did my investment build through Fortitude Homes. Love my new investment, the end product is fantastic. You can see the tradies are really hand picked, and really good at that they do.Love the different design that Fortitude offers customers, but from a project management perspective you guys do it to the T.Thanks teamClaudia Smith

My experience with Fortitude homes has been excellent as they complied with the time frames they provided at the start of the project. The quality of the construction is high. I am very happy with the final product.The communication has been very fluid as I received responses within 1 or 2 days from my emails.I recommend Fortitude Homes as a builder for anyone who would like to start a new construction.

Hi,I again see a very incorrect reply to my review.After making me undergo a loss of $41000+ by going back and cancelling an agreed contract, Fortitude played games with me for more than 5 months, and responded only after I had raised a google review. Now, it is being made to sound that I put in the google review to make money?It was fortitude who asked me to consider the google review as it impacts their business, and I let them know that unless you compensate me for the interest amount that I kept on paying because of their delay, I will not remove my valid review. Is that called extortion as you are mentioning.My lawyers have clearly mentioned to me that you folks lie again and again. I did not believe them initially, but now I realize that they were absolutely correct.

Unfortunately I wish I could leave my 5 star review, but after handover everything turns really bad. We have many issues in our home. Some of them like carpet issues has been going for over 3 months and no one has even contact me. When I email fortitude about my home have no termite witch we paid for they rude email saying pull your head. I cannot belive that form 21 was issued and termite had not being done. They then accused me of being rude. Qbcc ask you to contact builder that's what I did and still not response on termites. I will be sending all my list to qbcc. When contacting Maitenance you will be getting no response for ages.

Our first investment property has just now been completed by Fortitude Homes. We can’t believe how quick the whole experience has been. The build began in June and the property now in November is ready to be listed for rental. The Mirum Group and Fortitude Homes have a fantastic partnership. The whole experience was ridiculously easy. I’m sure our future tenants will be living in a good quality home.Thanks to all that were involved. Look forward to doing it all again very soon.
