So far, so good. Henry showed me the Canon, the print quality is great and i liked the ability to print from mobile phone. The install occurred on time and the follow up with their staff has been good. All staff have genuinely wanted and tried for smooth transition. One thing i do take into account, is a lot of their staff have been there a long time, which generally means staff are well treated. When staff are treated well, they are always happier to help! I hope it stays this way :)
