Would not recommend this place whatsover. As bought a phone and have been trying to get it back from repair for the last 3 months. 1st time phone got back 7 weeks later and it didn't work and again have been waiting 6 weeks for it. Time to go to Telechoice Headoffice, Consumer Affairs Victoria or A Current Affair.Seen your last 4 week reviews and they look like reviews from the staff that work there.

Poor quality work. Paid for a screen replacement and within a month the screen had cracked despite no physical damage in the exact spot of the repairs. Really disappointing experience, would not recommend nor will I be returning.

Cannot recommened going to this place. Bought in an iPhone 8 to have the back glass replaced. They did that mostly well but once I got home, I realised the camera was not working as intended. The depth of field was pretty much backwards, focusing the background and blurring the foreground. The camera was definitely not like this before I had bought in for the back glass replacement. I go in to see if they can fix it on the weekend before work on Monday as I need this phone working properly for my work but they say, sorry

Extremely polite and good for the money and the young Indian or sir Lanka boy that always is there working that wears a hat is extremely friendly and gets the job done quickly and correctly. I have never had any problems with their service there when ever I have a issue with my iPhone they are always there to help and they are more then happy to look at your phone and give you quite before they even do any work to your phone I would highly recommend going to them to get any phone work done if you are in Epping.Keep up the great work guysI give you a 10 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do even start,Took my phone in to get screen replaced, they did the job for a decent price, BUT WHEN I GOT MY PHONE BACK THEY WHERE MISSING A PART FOR THE MIC I NOTICED STRAIGHT AWAY, I told them abt it and they fixed it for me. About 2 days later I notice the screen wasn't glued on properly so I took it back and they fixed that problem up, but no this I unexpectable now the screen Is breaking free from the glue even more. After taking it back and getting it fixed for this reason.You r able to see the light from under the screen that how big it is it. And lastly my front 2 camera r full of dust and dirt after this repair. Unexpectable charging 130 for this type of rubbish job
