I recently had a new hot water service installed by this company and would like to say that the people came on time, were very friendly and professional, quick and left no mess. The water service is excellent. Therefore I would recommend them to anyone who is considering changing their hot water service.

Very quick to do install, but not interested when comes to warranty claims. I contacted the person who organised the install in December 2022 to notify of a noisy water heater and was told it would be organised to be repaired. It is now March 2023 and after sending 2 Emails and 1 phone conversation, still nothing has been done. You cant leave a message because the warranty in box is full and they do not answer calls.

New hot water system installed with no issues. Very pleased with the whole installation process. Big thanks to the electrician and plumber driving 5 hours to get the job done.

Very dodgy company. Installed covers for evaporated cooling system. I had 6 vents. On paper they stated 8. Till missed one vent. Spoke to them and they are not coming to fix defects. They are milking the system.

Very poor service they have waisted my 1 1/2 week, they wanted to sing the blank invoice, but i had send her back ( Caroline)three times for correction. Now she had send me a mail that she is not well and some one from the company will call you, I had not received any call.I want to edit my Comments as Sam has fix all the issues, Sam has arranged Electrician to change my all the Lights and they are working fine. Its look more Brighter now. I am happy with their work.

We had all the lights in all our show rooms and warehouses done and we are extremely happy with them. The Installation took a week because we have multiple sites and all are large area's. The tradesmen and installers were very polite, hard working and conscientious. We are very happy with the whole experience.
