Not sure if the management has changed after renovation but i sure did notice consistent reason to not go back there.. I always order 6 peace chicken and since last 3 or 4 times out of 6 pieces i got 4 small leg. Last time i made sure to check the box before leaving and asked them why 4 small legs out of 6.. the man in the counter asked oh you don't want and changed couple of pieces. ITS NOT ABOUT, NOT WANTED LGE PIECES ITS ABOUT THE BALANCE AND PROPORTION.

FOOD SABOTUER ALERT.....The manager sabotaged our order for returning chips that had no seasoning at all, replaced them with chips absolutely saturated in seasoning thus sabotaging our meal. Manager then refused a refund, falsely claiming i ordered copious amounts of seasoning, belligerently offering even more seasoning in a container as a solution whilst condescendingly laughing in my face. Do not trust this store. The product could be contaminated.

Ordered two STACKER boxes, a fillet burger, and a six nugget meal......Received... One stacker box with one wing instead of three, and another with a normal zinger burger instead of a stacked. No fillet burger either .. Two visits in a row. Just don't..... That's either the worst training on earth or you're cutting costs and stealing from customers... Drive straight past.. Save yourself the loss.

Disgusting food old reheated chicken tenders and chips. Pop corn chicken inedible. Not even the dog would touch it. Metallic taste in potato n gravy. Never again.

I went to KFC Aspley at 1:42pm. The young girl who took my order was quite rude. When I arrived at the paying window, I payed for my order and then was informed that the extras I asked for in my wrap twice, weren’t in the wrap because she didn’t input them. She told me that the food was already made and that I’d have to pay extra for the extras that I asked for. I said that is fine and asked if they could add the extras into the wrap. She then rolled her eyes at me and stormed back to the kitchen to tell them. She then came back and was just standing there not saying anything, continuing to roll her eyes. I found that quite disrespectful and really unprofessional. We then arrived home and opened the chips to find a black hair in them. That was quite disgusting. The wicked wings were soggy as well. The rest of the food was good, just wish the customer service was better or at least they should train their staff to be more respectful. Wont be returning to this KFC, unfortunately.

Worst kfc ever since the last months atleast. Everything is always old and cold, stale old chips dry burgers lack of toppings and that's if you get what you actually order. And feeling very sick after eating food here. Not coming back after so many second chances

This place (drive-thru) is an accident waiting to happen as the line up for drive thru is too short and cars line up onto main road. Secondly drive thru service is way too slow. Those who park underneath get in and out before the 4 cars that were before them

3 entered for lunch at 1.44pm on Saturday, ordered a BC Zinger Combo, and BC Combo and Ultimate Fillet Box.Had to ask for tables to be cleaned so we could eat in, then waited some time for the meals, and then all of the burgers were cold and unpleasant.One set of chips was unsalted.No napkins or wet cloths for wiping of hands afterwards, no table delivery of meal, and had to go and ask for napkins.The size of the burgers was really bad in width, depth, and breadth.The chips were starcy.Food safety was compromised with boxes from the floor placed on makeup benches and serving counters.This is not a great safe place to eat. Food safety is compromised .Keep driving
