Infinity Beauty Bar

Have always gone to this salon even before it became infinity beauty Bar, I've never had a problem with there services and if I wasn't happy with something they would fix it straight away. Happy to always go to these ladies.

The salon is well presented and rooms are clean but that is where it stops.I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now and I used to have a regular therapist, she no longer works there. Since then, it seems that almost every 3 mths my therapist changes and each visit becomes more and more disappointing.Unfortunately, the attention to detail with waxing is very poor. I am constantly left with a line of hair that has been missed on my legs, the hair hasn’t been waxed off properly resulting with re growth that feels like I’ve shaved. This leaves painful ingrown hairs. Training on how to use the wax roller would be of benefit, it’s not just about taking it from the unit and rolling onto the skin, that causes dragging and hopping!! prepare the roller first then apply to skin :)There is more to being a successful therapist than a polite greeting and conversation. The Salon needs to really look at themselves and make changes towards providing the service customers expect whether it be waxing, facials, mani’s & pedi’s.

Amazing local salon! Come here for my eyebrow tint and wax, and service is very professional, friendly and fast! Have also had a wonderful spa day with massage and facial. All services are very fairly priced and using high quality products. I have recommended Infinity Beauty to all my friends and family in the area. Thanks for all your hard work ladies :)

Have come to this salon for number of years, Always warm and welcoming with brilliant staff who have a eye for detail. Would recommend to anyone wanting a high quality friendly service

Over from Melbourne and needed to get my regular waxing done. There is an online booking system which is super handy as well. The salon is really lovely and Gorgia was very sweet, super friendly and did exactly what I asked. Will go back again next time Im in WA.

I have just had my eyebrows tinted and very unhappy with the result. Firstly, very little dye on one eye brow and very patchy. The other look virtually no different. I asked the young girl if she could see the difference and she replied 'maybe it's just stubborn' and said she would put more.on. Putting a little more on resulted in a patch of dark brown in the centre with the start of my eyebrows no different. She did not offer any solution. In hindsight I think she has put the wrong colour on. One unhappy customer today. Will not be going back and that's disappointing as have been going there since this salon opened. Not happy with the indifferent attitude. If anyone from the salon reads this the appointment was booked under.my daughter's name.

Would not recommend at all, posting on behalf of my sister as she don’t like to make a fuss.She has sent these guys an email just to politely point out some areas of improvement along with the photos of the terrible ‘service’ she received and she hasn’t got at acknowledgment nor an apology. Save your money and go else where.My sister used to go to these guys every 4-6 weeks when Erin worked there and her nails were amazing.She went back once after Erin left and her nails were done terrible. She decided to give it one more go and it’s still just as terrible.Staff definitely need more training. As I said save your money and go else where to get a professional job.

Always great service at Infinity Beauty Bar! The therapists are lovely, professional and highly experienced.I would recommend this beauty salon to everyone.
