Unhappy with the way they deliberately kept quite about internet connectivity to the ORA in estate. It's a breach of contract to not provide NBN. Can't give any lesser so rating them with a single star. Avoid this developer (demolisher!) at any cost.

In this technology world, we are fighting to get basic internet facility for Ora estate Berwick. Very sad that they didn't care about the people, only intrested in money to sell land and move on. Don't trust this group, stay away from them.

Rachael has been an integral part of our journey in buying land and building our first home. From the moment we visited her office to land settlement to post settlement she has always been available to answer any queries we have, and support us through this exciting experience. She also organised a meet and greet for the neighbours of our estate to allow us to meet our future neighbours and exchange details. We are extremely impressed with her work ethic and knowledge in the field. Even now (which is 4+ months post land settlement) she will come back to us to answer any queries we have in the same time frame she did when we were interested in the land. We just purchased a block of land through Koham Property Group. Rachael was always very happy to speak with us and quick to respond back to any e-Mails or Phone calls we had. Ian and his team were outstanding in how they helped me to manage and sell my property in Melbourne. They're attentive, informed, open, transparent and always available to assist. They anticipated what I needed and worked closely with me to get the result I wanted.

Several times they have confirmed through emails also in the contract it was included that internet service provider is NBN , actually it’s not they made contract with a cheap local internet service provider for profit. Now they are out of reach, non responsive.

We made the land contract with Koham property. As per Land contract we supposed to get NBN services. Unfortunately, there is no NBN services within ORA state. We even did not know that G-Telecom is the only provider instead of NBN. The land developer did a contract with G-telecom keep blind-sided all of us. Koham property did not disclose developer contact details to us. The land developer did a contract with G-Telecom to make them sole internet provider for ORA state instead of NBN. Koham Property did not inform us that only one internet provider has been selected for this ORA state. I did contact Ian and Ted so many times to get my internet connections when I moved in last year October and did not get positive response from them. I had to solve the issues with my own expenses. Now we are suffering with the Worst interest services.
