Well priced vet with lovely staff that have a lot of patience to answer any and all questions. While I was there I noticed an older lady come in without her pet and all the staff knew both the lady and her pet by name and were happy to stop and talk to her about whatever she had going on. Lovely vet, will definitely be going back.

Gatton Veterinary Surgery has been such a good place for our family and fur family. This practice is very different from any other practice I have been to. I have been taking my pets here for many years. They are always on time, very clean, extremely professional, and super loving! (Expecially through COVID-19) The Vet nurses, Lisa, Kayla, kerryn the Vets, Maddie and Megan and also the Practice Manager Erin! Also all the trainees. They all know exactly what they are talking about. You can be sure you're in good hands.The past few weeks, we have trouble with our Silky Terrier, Mapex and Dr. Maddie and her team have been so incredible, words cannot express my gratitude. Also, about a month ago Dr Megan, and her team completed a difficult eye enucleation (Eye Removal) on one of our Silky Terriers, Buddy. Her team have been so helpful, that words cannot express my gratitude aswell. Cheap costs and were willing to give support outside the clinics opening hours! The recommendations they give and the sincere follow up goes such a long way and is very appreciated, the team goes outside working hours to help beyond their capabilities. The staff are always kind and you can tell they love all the animals. The vets are very good and explain every procedure and pros and cons. Very happy...have been with Gatton Vet Surgery approx 12yrs...we moved to Tasmania for 2yrs then came back to them..

They are a brilliant vet, competitive prices, had to put our dog down they were compassionate and understanding and even sent a heart felt hand written letter of condolence in the mail. Only reason for the 3 star is last visit the assistant wasn't the nicest 'understandably we all have bad days' but gave me a blah blah blah about worming tablets and why I should buy tablets off them on that day and felt very judged for saying I will be getting them elsewhere. But other than my emotional boo-hoos they are an absolutely brilliant vet and very much recommend them.

Appreciation shout out to the wonderful Vets, Vet Nurses and staff at Gatton Veterinary Clinic who always go above and beyond in their care of my five precious fur- babies in the past 18 months since moving to the Lockyer Valley area! I have a couple of very difficult fur-babies and the awesome staff at Gatton Vet Clinic are always on the other end of the phone to help me through a difficult patch with them and/or squeeze them in for a consultation even if heavily booked! Their Best for Pets Insurance is awesome as well and helps take the pressure off expensive procedures especially as I am on an Age Pension! I have already recommended this practice to a number of family and friends some of whom travel quite a distance for the caring professionalism of the fabulous guys and girls at Gatton Veterinary Clinic.
