Steve exceeded every expectation I had prior to his arrival. I have 2 kids bikes which need bits and pieces done, so I ordered 2 services and Steve’s attention to detail found so many more problems I was not aware of, and fixed each and every one of them. His service was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable in bike mechanics. His attention to detail was amazing and his pricing was very fair. That best thing was, he came to me! Thank you Steve. I would recommend his services to all my friends.

Steve is 10/10!! He was able to help me the following day which far exceeded my expectations, was super friendly, had all the equipment needed so we didn’t have to wait days or a week, and he was genuine, honest & trustworthy! If I’d gone elsewhere I’d have ended up paying a lot more also.Genuine, honest bike services.Thanks Steve. We will be back.

Fantastic customer service and knowledge. I had an unusual issue with my SL 7 Tarmac skipping a gear. Steve’s troubleshooting expertise and mechanical knowledge had it sorted in no time! Brilliant service!
