My fitness journey over the years has been all over the place really. I would join various gyms but I never felt motivated enough to attend regularly. I took a chance one day signing up for a free trial at F45CP and I absolutely loved it. I joined soon after and it's honestly changed my life. I'm fitter, stronger and overall a happier person. The trainers are incredible and push you to do better. I recommend my gym to everyone. My husband attends now too and he thoroughly enjoys the weight classes. If you're thinking of joining, do it. You'll be glad you did!

I joined F45 when they first opened and the atmosphere was amazing. A real pick me up vibe. Most recently I had a break due to other things and have started again. I can tell you the vibe hasn’t changed! It feels like a family that wants people to achieve their goals. It is the only place I have really pushed myself and been consistent. AND it caters to all fitness levels! Love my F45 CP!

I was hesitant moving from my last f45 to f45 Coomera, but I’m so happy I made this decision as this place is better than I could ever imagine. The trainers go above and beyond, the atmosphere to work out is always a vibe, and it is my sanity. Plus the members are just as amazing and welcoming. You won’t regret joining this gym.

By far the best gym I have ever trained at.You are not a number at this gym, you are family.Lou and the team have created a phenomenal gym community.The team have kept me accountable all along supporting me to achieve my goals.Highly recommend.

Best gym on the Gold Coast hands down! Awesome trainers who can help everyone achieve their goals. Equipment is always clean and tidy. Never been to a gym that makes you feel as welcome as I have at F45 Coomera-Pimpama!

I have been to a lot of gyms in my time and I haven’t ever felt the passion and drive like I do with f45 PC.I have only been going to f45 PC for 2 months now but I absolutely love it!!The support from the trainers is amazing, the people that go to the gym are so friendly and welcoming.Definitely recommend to my family and friends!Thank you to all the trainers at f45 for all your support and guidance!! And of course thank you to Leanne Pledge for encouraging me to join and to you Lloyd and Lil for supporting me throughout this journey!

I have been a member for the last year, I originally joined as a way of meeting people and going on a journey of self love, I am very proud to say that not only have I now extended my family because the people I have met are more than just friends , but I have become a more independent, confident and blessed woman and the icing on the cake is I am now fitter than I have ever been.I am eternally grateful to all the staff for the support, love and encouragement provided in EVERY class, this had honestly been the best decision I have ever made for myself.

Love this place, Great place to meet people get fit and do life.I considered getting a PT before I joined but tried this first and I have several qualified trainers in every class for a fraction of the price, the results I have accomplished within my first year have exceeded my expectations no to mention the friendships gained along the way.What sticks out the most is that there is a comfort in this place, a place of all shapes and sizes no judgment just encouragement amongst trainers and clients, a will to push each other to succeed in our journeys whatever the goal is.
