Rubys Organic Cafe
Ordered 2 takeaway mochas. Coffee shots were made and then sat there for over 5 mins while the person served others. Warm at best. Needless to say the mochas were awful. Won’t be visiting again.

Had a super delicious vegan roasted veg on seeded toast with basil pesto. It was pretty fantastic! You can definitely taste the freshness in the food and it was all beautifully presented. I also had a nice iced vanilla chai and my mum had a coffee. Both on almond milk and both delicious! The staff were also pretty friendly and the tables were all clean with little blankets in case you get cold.

Rubys Organic Cafe
Ruby's Organic Cafe is a terrific place to stop in to when you are in the lovely little town of Stirling. The coffee is quite nice, and the food is absolutely amazing! High quality ingredients with nice portion sizes. Great friendly staff. I will definitely be returning.

Fresh, gluten free & great service!Ruby's Organic Cafe is an amazing hang space in the heart of Stirling. This cafe caters to all and I've never met friendlier staff who served me. The wide range of gluten free cuisine and refreshments were amazing, ranging from fruit smoothies, vegetable & fruit juices as well as soups, pies and pastries, salads, baked goods, lunch and breakfast menu meals. You can taste the freshness in the food!

The coffee was amazing! So silky and delicious (Dirty Chai). And the coffee syrup cake was *chef's kiss*. A popular little spot around midday.

Rubys Organic Cafe
I was excited to visit this cafe given that everything on the menu is gluten free. However, the customer service was lacking and dirty dishes were left on the table (when we came in, we were the only customers). It felt like we more of a burden, not very welcoming at all. Food and coffee was ok. I’m not sure it was worth the two hour round trip to visit again.

Lovely workers, had a great time with them. The boss/manager treated the staff like dirt, was very sorry to see considering what an amazing job they were doing. I want to support a local business, but unless this changes, I will not be returning.

Great coffee, good outdoor seats (and some inside) plus various organic snacks and meals. Friendly staff and good prices. Had smashed avo and poached eggs on toast $18 tasted great. In Oct 2022 still a great place for coffee and healthy food.
