I called BRAS for a faulty split system, after seeing their ad on the back of a bus. I found the team on the phone, Chantelle and Karen, to be very helpful, professional and accommodating to my busy time schedule. Jarrod was my call out technician. He arrived on the minute on time, he knew exactly what he was doing, he fixed the issue very quickly, and gave very good preventive maintenance/damage advice. He also cleaned the unit and it looks brand new, it’s great. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I will be getting them back again for any future A/C work. Thank you, Team

Filled out web form for a quote. Had a call back to say too busy that week. I said that's fine the following week would be great. I was told that he would call to organise a quote. A week and a half later I called back following up. Was told by reception someone would call me back. A week later again and still no contact. Very slack and don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. Very disappointing.

Very helpful but were flat out when I called. Referred me to another local biz that could help me straightaway. Mainly want to mention that google is wrong saying they're in NSW. Defo in Bendigo VIC.

Paid twice for refrigerant gas refill as the repair they did failed and had to be repaired again as well. Did not waive the additional gas even though the service wasn’t completed correctly the first time. Cost over $1000 in repair works for an old AC unit that i could have replaced at this price

wait: 4 Weeks, was asked to rescheduled twice.service: great, the technician was polite and figured out the cause instantlycost: a call out fee of $170 for 1 hr service/pure investigation is way too dear. Especially I wasn't warned beforehand that it would be this much.

Avoid! - Asked for a quote from this company for an easy back to back installation of a 7kw air con that I was supplying. The quote that came back was a whopping $3,000 just to install!! That was $1,500 more from another company. My advice, shop around.
