What an incredible experience from start to finish! Annamaria was the best!! Made for a very easy sale and fantastic service! I visited many dealerships as I had a few cars in mind - none made me feel as welcome and inviting as this place! Con spent a good 45 mins explaining the cars features to ensure I would get the most out of my first few weeks! George was also very friendly. I visited Alto Land Rover to review and test drive a vehicle I saw advertised. I was fortunate enough to have Bo representing the vehicle. He showed me through the vehicle, arranged for an immediate test drive and went through the features of the vehicle. Upon return, we went over the vehicle again testing out all of the gadgets, buttons and knobs inside and out. When he didn’t know the answer to something about the vehicle, he didn’t make up the answer, but contacted his service department immediately get me the correct answer. We agreed on terms and I paid a deposit. He sorted the paperwork for me so all I had to do was pay and get my insurance. He arranged for the car to be detailed and serviced prior to deliver in addition to taking care of transferring the registration. Such a seamless process done with great professionalism. I would certainly recommend him to my clients and will be the first person I call when I am due for an upgrade.
