Nice food and coffee but very slow and poor service... been there twice and had to wait half an hour each time reminding them of my orders which was just a coffee once and a pie to warm up second time!

Beautiful spot in one of the loveliest shopping centres in Adelaide, Burnside village. The service was quick and nice. The staff were so friendly and professional. I ordered ham and cheese croissant and a mug of late. Very tasty, simple and crunchy croissant and lovely coffee. Lots of other items from breads to cakes, pastries and pasties are also available. You can also order a freshly made sandwich as well. Very good place to have a bite and good coffee during your visit and shopping.

We have been about 5 times to the bakery. We usually order pies Kitchener buns coffees and sandwiches. 99% the order is incorrect as they forget a coffee. The manager is rather rude and doesn’t seem to care about her attitude. I ask for a roll told we have none. Ok I will order a ham and salad sandwich. It came out with no butter salt or pepper and bread was stale. These days the cost of food is expensive and I thought I’m going to send it back. I did get a fresh sandwich but there bread is getting smaller and pies are getting smaller but more expensive. Won’t ever go back there again. I have given it a try now for the 6th time. Plenty of other food choices at Burnside village

Terrible experience! Definitely the worst sausage roll I’ve ever tasted. And never mind the sign on the pie warmer saying we have more available as the pie warmer is being cleaned… One of our party of 7 asked for a quiche, the response: I’m not heating up a quiche, choose from the pie warmer!Rude, terrible food. I’d avoid if I were you.

Absolutely love this place. The people are great, the pies and pastries are even better and the price is the best thing about it. Around 5-7 ish dollars for a pie for a quick no fuss lunch? Get amongst it. Great place for a catch-up coffee and a chat too. Keep up the great work guys. All the best.

Very fast and friendly service every time that I have visited. It’s a rather small space so sometimes it’s hard to get a table or a bench spot if you are looking to dine in.As per my bakery reviews I judge the standard meat pie and the vanilla slice.Meat Pie = 8/10 ... tasty and served hot, you can tell that the meat used is of a high quality and it’s full on mince. The serving of sauce could be bigger but overall very tasty.Vanilla Slice = 6/10 .... standard vanilla slice however the pastry was a little soft and meant you almost needed a knife and fork to cut into it rather than the fork given with the place. Tasty enough and would order again, just nothing super special really.

Wonderful and very much appreciated friendly service today from a caring staff member. Thank you.The passion fruit vanilla slice is my favourite. Also the new mushroom and ricotta filo is delicious!

Very friendly service, coffee was a little too cool but the staff were great.

These guys are awesome. Needed a fruit cake for 80th birthday.Everyone commented on the cake even the non fruit cake people. Fieled many questions wanting to know where from.Being from Darwin no one else wanted to know - rang 9 bakery's with no help.Thanks Tracey and team.

THE BEST LAMB PIE IVE EVER HADTHE BEST COFFEE!!!!!!THE BEST VANILLA SLICE EVER!!!!SPREADING THE WORD AND COMING BACK. YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT THING GOING HERE..... THE SHOO IS TOO SMALL TO CATER FOR THE POPULARITY. We travelled 25min to come here and wasn't disappointed. Even the kids (big critics) loved it too
