0 StarsThis place is one of the worst play centers around. The experience was terrible as we encountered bad customer service. They are so careless and won’t let you bring any food in even if it’s something small. Everything was a ripoff especially the cost of the entry and i don’t recommend people going here for enjoyment. The way that the staffs spoke to us was rude and atrocious. They shouldn’t even be working with that kind of attitude towards customers and deserves to be banned from their jobs. I am never going to this place again and If i were able to leave 0 stars, i definitely would.

Amazing placlycentre for kids to enjoy and have fun. We had to cancel our party due to Covid in family and the management was very understanding, and allowed us to use the deposit as per our wish. Had a great experience dealing with the staff and would definitely recommend for organising birthday parties for kids and will be coming back again..

We booked Disco party for 20 kids. Food wasn’t enough for kids. Their music system wasn’t working properly and we wait for coffees the whole time. Coffees came nearly end of the party. Party host doesn’t allow to use kids Costume and props until we ask for it but again it was end of party. Room booked for 12:00pm hot food came for kids 1:15 and party finish time was 1:30. There was a lot of staff but everyone is standing in kitchen, no one on counter. Hope you guys will improve your service so customers will come again.

Could do with less kids and more liquor. Lol. J/K. My sons been coming here all his life (7) can't complain. It's a play centre. It does its function. Sells coffee, snacks.... never done a platter or much more than chips 4 the kids. They've never complained and always ready to go back again. Service is fine. No snobs or disgruntled workers lol.

My family of 4 kids came here for my daughters friends birthday party at 12pm on Easter Saturday. The play centre was very spacious and big. The kids had so much fun. A lot of play areas for all ages. They even had go kart rides but you have to pay $2 which was okay. However, I went to the parents room to change my baby’s nappy and the door was wide open.. the moment I walked in I was hit with an overwhelming disgusting smell of poo nappies. Which explains why the door was left open because the smell was so bad and so strong. The staff should regularly change the bins in the parents room often, as the smell was so bad I walked right out and decided it was time to leave and that I’d have to change my baby’s nappy when we got home. Do better please

Incredibly disappointing experience. We would have loved to visit again & recommend the venue, however the lack of service and disrespectful nature of the 2 main staff (specifically the 2 older ladies behind the counter - one of which advised she is the owner) was enough for my family and I to never return and warn others to avoid. The way they speak to and the complete lack of acknowledgment to customers and what seems to be of certain ethnic groups, is disgraceful. We left feeling disheartened.

Staff were not at counter and long wait for their return. Several people walked away. You were not allow to take your own food in. Fruit salad returned as every item was old and not able to be eaten. No dates in containers so you don’t know how old it was. Children enjoyed the equipment but extras and food made it an expensive day out.

Booked the disco room, there was supposed to be two staff to host, staff couldn’t get kids to engage as the staff were not enthusiastic, hosts kept disappearing, staff did not host, paid them to host for nothing. Unlimited cordial and water was not provided they packed everything away had to ask for water for the kids. Ended up hosting the party myself. Hope they improve on their customer service. Not worth getting this package.

Great place for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful except for one lady who was grumpy and didn't make us feel welcome.
