Ordered coffee and food, got the coffee and was waiting for food for an hour, MIL went to the counter to ask about the food delay and the girl behind the counter walked into back kitchen but ignored us completely instead of giving us an update on what’s happening she just carried on standing behind counter. I went back to counter 10 minutes later again to ask where our food was and a girl behind the counter went to the kitchen and came back saying they didn’t have our order. Turns out order never went to the kitchen. Owner/ cook was very apologetic but those girls behind the counter had the biggest attitude and didn’t have a care in the world. Owner was very upset with what happened but those girls behind the counter are really not helpful for the business.

Absolute rubbish, food was not appealing. Service was slow (not busy at all) prices were over the top for what was produced. Will not be returning

We had to wait 40 minutes for our order to arrive for the first person. Than another 10 minutes for the rest of us. This happened with everyone in the cafe, nothing was served at the same time. No cutlery was given. Coffees were served one by one instead of 4 on a tray. Finished plates stayed on the table for an hour.I got an omelette with cheese, but cheese wasn't mentioned on the menu so had to return. They said I would get a new one so we waited again 20 minutes but never got it. We also had curry with naan bread but the bread was missing. Had to ask for it and they said they didn't have it. No replacement.After more than an hour we left, they did refund the omelette. No excuses or any customer service at all.

What a great cafe! Been there a couple of times had the Thai beef salad the first time and the fried rice today. Absolutely delicious. They also make a great ice latte! Show this place some love - go and visit and have some yummy eats.

We visited Nelia's Cafe for Brunch today at 1130. Manuel, the new owner of just two years, was most accommodating service breakfast during the lunch phase.I ordered omelette and it was absolutely fantastic. My partner ordered carrot and sweet potato which was absolutely delicious and a very palatable nasi goreng done the Indonesian way.Manuel, originally from Timor is an exceptional chef and makes fantastic dishes. I highly recommend the cafe based on the the delicious food.Jenny the barista completed our order with two first class coffees.We will certainly be back

Came to cafe looking for a big breakfast after a hike.While ordering another customer came to counter unhappy with their eggs, unfortunately I should have taken this as a warning.My partner and I ordered a big breakfast and a vegetarian breakfast, I asked to sub the eggs in the veggie breakfast.After 45 mins of waiting, we received our meals with items from both on each others plate, including eggs on the veggie breakfast. If we hadn’t of already waited 45 mins, would have sent back to the kitchen.Poor experience as we picked from the previous photos/ reviews

Lovely little cafe. Great service, friendly and efficient. Food was nice and fresh. We were able to make some tweaks (eg no red onion in the Thai beef salad, pictured). Enjoyed it. Thanks.

Always a good Indonesian chicken noodle lunch and a magnificent lamb curry to take home for dinner on a Friday night. A great selection on the menu too. Thank you.

Had a really disappointing breakfast here with 3 of the 4 meals ordered barely being edible. Everything was cold, including the coffee despite us being the only ones there. Eggs Benedict was the worst we've ever seen with watery eggs over chunks of slimy ham steak.We assume the high star rating is a result of the Indonesian part of the menu because it is definitely not due to their breakfast. Was a really disappointing experience as we had wanted to try somewhere new - our mistake.

Nice place. Food was nice, coffee was average but I have had much worse and it was down to taste. The guy that worked there was nice/friendly and it was ready quickly. Pretty great all round.
