Chemist Warehouse Colonnades Shopping Centre

Pharmacist gave me a different brand of my daughter's behavioural medication as they didn't have my usual in stock. She had asked if that was ok and said they were the exactly the same as my usual ones. I said I don't mind as long as they are the same. A few days later when I opened to cut them for my daughter's dosage I discovered the new pills are much smaller than a quarter piece of her normal which leaves me with no room to cut these smaller pills. I than went back to chemist warehouse and explained the situation saying I can't actually give my daughter her prescribed dosage. Half an hr later the pharmacist told me they would have to contact my doctor to ask permission since they didn't have the previous script. I told them I have the bottle right here that I'm happy to give them so they know I wasn't doing anything wrong with them but he just walked off to call the doctor. Another 45mins later they come and tell me that the doctor won't give permission so they can't dispense another script. I tried pleading my case but the pharmacist didn't care. After waiting an hr with 2 young kids who were becoming bored and annoyed, I was emotional and began crying out of frustration. I, again, told him I had the bottle of medication that I was able to give them then turned to grab the bottle out of my bag to give to him, but he walked off calling security. I was than escorted out of the shop. I had multiple customers who were waiting tell me they felt bad for me as it was absolutely ridiculous that they couldn't help and that they had me escorted me out. All because they told me it was the exactly the same medication (they would have seen my dosage requirements and how small the pills are so they should have known I wouldn't be able to cut them). This means I either have to give her more or less of her actual prescribed dosage. All because they couldn't help me out. I understand there are rules and regulations around medications etc but I had the other bottle there so I don't see why they couldn't take that count that it was all there and give me my normal medications. And the fact that the pharmacist had zero understanding was absolutely ridiculous. I'm now left with a medication I can't correctly use and no chance of a new script for like 2 months.

The worste chemists I have ever been in they are all just so rude and abrupt..Yesterday I went into the colonades chemist warehouse to get a compression sleeve for my leg as I have a torn ligament in my right leg..well the guy that served me was so rude.. all he did was point and said im sure it's down there in that ille.. well I just ended up walking out and refuse to go back to that chemist

Spoken and treated rudely. I wanted to buy a perfume that was locked up. After waiting for a worker to finish her conversation I then asked her for help to open cabinet as I wanted to buy a perfume. She proceeded to tell me Im with someone else then was told to find another worker to help when she was literally 2 steps away from the perfumes. Her attitude sucks. Not good for business. Will be taking complaint higher as this problem happens often

Goodluck trying to purchase a fragrance here. Each time i come in to look i either have to chase somebody down which is near impossible sometimes. Came in today looking for a fragrance and there were 2 available staff members nearby chatting away. Id rather take the drive to a CW elsewhere where i will get valued service.

pretty good prices for a lot of their items (some amazing sales on perfume/cologne too!) always coming here for perfume, eye drops, makeup, you name it! and the staff are always nice and lovely.

Went to collect a script that I had waited weeks and weeks for. Asked to submit the repeat at the same time so that I didn't have a gap in my treatment. The pharmacist was just plain rude. Refused to take my script without paying for both the medication I was collecting as well as the next script. I was told that the medication is now readily available and I wouldn't have to wait next time, yet 3 weeks on, still no call to collect my medication. Absolutely not ok. I also asked for a receipt for both scripts and did not receive it

Don't go in first thing in the morning and expect service.. 3 staff out the back having a jolly old time- they'll make eye but completely indifferent to you, another at the storeroom door checking her phone and yawning (maybe serving a customer might wake her up). Pharmacist is alone and run off her feet . When you do finally get served there's only one register open and no one in sight .. I know customer service is a dirty word these days but they really go out of their way to.avoid it.. zero stars

Most of the younger staff are extremely rude!! I always get treated so poorly every time I come here. Please teach them how to be nice to people especially customers. I used to like coming to Chemist Warehouse Colonnades as part of our grocery shopping day as they always have sale on, now i rather pay extra at the other shops.

Wow! Rudest experience ever!! Based on the other reviews I’ve seen now I am not surprised.I did a click & collect order for a small item. Lined up in the line that says ‘click & collect here’ - waiting patiently.. looked over at the one lady (older/ white blonde hair) serving the general customer line .. she continues to serve that line and even after seeing me & eventually says ‘oh we are under staffed you’ll have to line up in the other line’ …The WHOLE point of click & collect is so you don’t have to line up in that line!! I literally could have got the item off the shelf myself & lined up & paid faster!! This older lady was not using her initiative & it was actually lazy customer service.When I finally reached the counter I expressed to her that I didn’t think it was fair for her to ask me to line up in this line when I had a click & collect.. and that she could of SIMPLY stepped aside for two seconds to pass me the click & collect order so I could be on my way…She got IMMEDIATELY defensive & said ‘I already explain we are understaffed & im NOT going to serve you now because your being rude’ - when she was the one being rude!!!!I said fine.. I waited back near the click & collect line & she asked 2 staff members to come & help serve the line!!!!!! Not so understaffed now???3 operators now serving + the rude lady kept telling every customer she was serving ‘I’m not serving her because she’s rude’ - who does that???!!I made a complaint to the store manager & she said she was going to speak to this employee! I hope she does because wow!! I have shopped here regularly & have spent a lot of money at this store!!
