Facilities are always clean, gym is spacious and well looked after, with a wide range of equipment. However, it is the trainers that take this place above and beyond. I have been working with Sam for approx 12 months, initially to rehab my back/rib area. Sam understood my needs and immediately diagnosed the problem, all without prescribing time off (very important for aerialists). We have spent the last 9 months working on functional strength on my deficit areas, specific to the moves I wanted to achieve. My favourite thing is that if I show Sam a photo or video of a move I want to achieve, she will incorporate exercises into my plan to make it happen.Literally recommend her and the gym to everyone.
