Have dealt with Mark for many years and I find the comments by Julie Miller" (if there even is such a person) to be completely "out of character" of Mark and his company.One of the problems with "social media" anyone can say anything about any body !!WORDS ARE CHEAP THEY COST NOTHING A MOUTHFUL."

As the owner of Gundy Smash Repairs, I would like to state that the review made by Julie Miller is false as we have never had a customer in our shop by that name.

Mark will extort you for exorbitant and unreasonable costs; he will then threaten you with cutting your car up or selling it. If you trust this smash repairer with your car then you are making a potentially huge mistake. He is an aggressive and frightening man to have to deal with.

Last Wednesday night, my van hit a kangaroo. The RACV organised the van to be dropped off at Gundy Smash Repairs. Being from Melbourne and not knowing who the repairer was, was initially intimidating. All of my fears were quickly alleviated after talking to Mark. Not only did he do an incredibly fair and reasonably priced repair on my van but did it in the most timely manner possible taking into account our personal position. He also helped guide me through the RACV protocols.If you're looking for a new mechanic or like many out this way, you've hit a Roo at dusk, do yourself and your transport a favour and send them here.Thanks again Mark.

My son recently hit a kangaroo in his Holden Rodeo. I live on the Sunshine Coast and when my son contacted me above the incident I went about finding a good smash repairer in Goondoowindi to do the repair work and not having any idea of where to start I phoned a local automotive parts business and asked who they could recommend as a good smash repairer. The guy without hesitation recommended Gundy Smash Repairs. I got onto Mark and he was quick to organise the pick up the vehicle and towed it back to his shop and provided a quote for the repairs. Unfortunately for Gundy Smash the vehicle was written off by the insurance company which meant that they didn't get any repair job. I was helping my son with organising the tow and the claim etc. I had numerous calls to Mark and found him so helpful and great to deal with.If my dealings with Mark are any indication of the service from Gundy Smash Repairs then I recommend them.
