Last year, I had an unpleasant encounter with them and made the decision not to return. Recently, I received a call from a woman who informed me that they had scheduled a check-up for both my son and me. I explained that I had a negative experience previously and did not intend to return. The woman attempted to shift the blame onto me for the previous incident and even addressed me condescendingly with the term darling." Furthermore

Had an appointment wit Jae Shin (as my regular dentist was booked out) and he seemed inexperienced and only money oriented- he spent 5min doing a general clean of mouth and then said I had to come in a second time for a ‘deep clean’. It would seem that he was trying to maximise earning capacity and that first appointment was a consultation to recommend to me get a proper clean ? You would wonder why he couldn’t clean it on the spot as other dentists do.Needless to say I did not go back and would not recommend this place.

Just recently had an appointment for teeth cleaning, I was initially quite nervous about the appointment however the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the procedure went by pretty smoothly.

Very friendly staff and dentist.I had a great experience and the dentist was very patient explaining my teeth and gum condition to me. He even gave me information. He’s great with following up too.
