The team of people were great! We couldn't recommend Pete more highly. He helped us with every aspect and to get us the exact model and colour my wife desired. The only little glitch was that someone forgot to put the number plates on...and we only realised this when we got home. (Probably should have checked!) But in the excitement of looking at our new car and finding out all about its features and final paperwork etc, we all failed to check!!! Coastline rectified the problem the next morning by sending a technician to put the plates on!Overall, it was the best experience of purchasing a car that I have ever had. It was actually super-fun with no stress at all!I think in Peter, we have a friend for life.

The staff at Coastline Mini are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble. Any questions or requirements I had were answered and met. They couldn't do enough for me. Delivery of the car was easy, friendly and exciting. Mark, Joe, Kat and Joe were all excellent to deal with. They also were great it follow-up post delivery and helpful whenever I had any questions. Great after sales service. Minor computer problem. They came and collected the vehicle and left me with a curtesy car. Repaired under warranty and back the next day. Great communication, highly recommended.

I purchased a brand new Mini from Coastline Mini Garage in September 2022 and I can’t speak more highly about the service provided by Mark Costi and the team. It was by far the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. I was regularly updated on the build of my Mini and it actually arrived earlier than anticipated! The handover at the dealership was fantastic, Kat was super helpful and knowledgeable.I have just had my first service completed last week, everything went super smoothly. I used the valet service and Carlos was great and super helpful with the loan car.All in all, I can’t recommend the Coastline team or my Mini Cooper S more highly!
