Sydney Grand Bazaar

Ordered a medium lamp and had the best customer service. I requested that as it was a gift to leave the invoice out of the package and Ben was very happy to. Had follow up emails to say that it was sent and had a tracking number. Arrived well packed and unbroken and as per description on the website. Well done and keep up the fantastic service. Would not hesitate to buy from again.

I've had 2 other Turkish lamps in the past (from other supplier/one was present) and the lamp I bought from syd grand bazaar is waaay superior. I was almost shocked at how steady the base was.. because the lamp shade is predominately glass they are quite heavy, and with the others they would fall over if bumped. This lamp is so steady! It also came with the globe installed, and shipping was super fast. All round quality. Will purchase from again and I really couldn't recommend enough.

I ordered a floor lamp with 7 shades. It arrived packaged beautifully. It was fully assembled and arrived in a week from Sydney to Gold Coast. Thanks to the team at Sydney Grand Bazaar for having such a beautiful product arrive safely and promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. 10 out of 10 for a great friendly service.

I ordered two evil eye key rings which arrived within days and the quality is fantastic - very good value for money. I'm very very happy with the items and with the customer service. Communication was exceptional from purchase to delivery. Definitely recommend buying from Sydney Grand Bazaar. I will buy again.

I rarely write negative reviews.I ordered a Turkish coffee cup set for my aunt as a Christmas gift.The delivery was quick but after unboxing and checking, I found few issues with cups.It seems the fault is in the porcelain or maybe it is the glaze,also a chip on the handle.Considering that this coffee set costs $125, the quality is very disappointing,not at all good .I decided that it would not be possible to give it as a gift.I left a message on the website and email several times to ask the seller to return it, but I haven't heard back in over a month.While I find shopping online mostly a good outcome occasionallyI am surprised & disappointed as this is my first purchase from Sydney Grand Bazaar

Simply amazing customer service and beautiful products.I ordered a lamp and it arrived incredibly well packed and within 3 days of ordering.The lamp was beautiful but looked too small for the space intended so I contacted the company regarding an exchange.Berkan was fantastic with responses and making the exchange as easy as possible.Received the larger lamp today and it is perfect.Will now look for more things in future for my home and gifts for others from Sydney Grand Bazaar.

I walked past their pop-up shop in a mall over a year ago (2019) and asked my husband if he could get me one of their lamps for last Christmas. It was probably the most beautiful gift I have ever received. My husband also added in a red handbag that I have used every day since last Christmas. Picture attached is how it looks today, still in very good shape. I have, again, asked for another lamp for Christmas this year, as well as some other items. I would buy out their entire range if I could.
