I had a haircut from there for the first time and i am totally satisfied and happy.Loving my new look.They were friendly.

I have gotten my hair done here since they opened and I'm really happy. Bec does a great job, she understands my hair, does fantastic colour and a great cut. The staff here are so friendly and happy. They make a great coffee too. Try them, you will keep coming back.

Failed in cutting my daughter's curly hair, first a lady wanted to straighten it even after i told her it was curly and i never blow dry it, Julian came to the rescue to cut it but was frizzy due to the drying and could mot reach its natural bounce. I asked severalntimes if they knew how to cut curly hair, the lady in charge said yes but the lady trying to donit first had nonidea how to treat a curly hair.

Pleasant customer service, highly professional team. They always try their best to accommodate me even if I don’t have a booking with them.

Have been coming to Bec for quiet a few years now. Her haircuts and choice of colours are always perfect and she’s great with helping you pic out the right style. She always goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Can’t recommend her enough.

I was so excited to use a local small business but was very let down. I had called to make my booking and was given a quote for a full head of foils with a wash cut and blow dry. I was happy with the price given and made my booking. When I arrived, I waited for half an hour before any of the stylists even spoke to me. Toni I think was the name of the stylist completely changed the trajectory of the appointment and said that half head of foils would be better. Being the stylist I trusted him. He said that chunky foils would show up more and even though I wanted it to be natural looking he did thick foils instead. The colour is stripy and does not go to the root so it looks like I have regrowth already. The cut was shocking I had two very wonky layers that was not done with care and was not sectioned off at all. He did not brush my hair before combing and he yanked at the tangled in the comb. He was unfriendly and did not meet what I had asked for especially seeing this colour was for preparation for my bridal hair trial. When we got to the counter to pay he charged me $40 more than I was quoted on the phone even though the service was incredibly different to what I was quoted and was poorly done. He said that it wasn’t him who I spoke to on the phone so it wasn’t his problem. I paid and left. I was devastated. I will not be returning here again

Booked 2 appointments for Sunday at 10am. Both for cuts.My daughter and I arrived just before 10 so we didn't inconvenience any later appointments.No one arrived at the salon until 10.18.We were not offered any apology for being late.My daughter did ask if foils could be done. We were told that the stylist had an 11am so would not have time. She then asked if she could have an updo. Again, not enough time. Fair enough.Her hair was washed, blow dried and cut. Curls were offered but due to time we declined. The cut is crooked.My hair was cut only. We were out of the salon by 10.55am.I understand the next booking. We were rushed through our cuts.It wasn't until we went back to express how we felt that we were given a very forced apology.Having been to the salon several times before for various services, this has made us rethink ever going back.

Good haircut, same day service. However the topics of conversation the hairdresser bought up with my 6 year old daughter were quite inappropriate.

Terrible experience. Won't be coming back. The owner is welcome to contact me for specific feedback
