Just called these people to request a quote. The lady who spoke over the phone was very rude as if she is providing the services for free. Needs more training on how to speak to customers. Unacceptable behavior. Not recommended at all

We just had, Russell's in to remove old gas ducted, +old split aircon and replace with Fujitsu ducted heating & cooling throughout.Couldn't ask for better sales service and installation. It was a big job, we had the boys all through the roof, all through the house installing new and removing old. They were great.It was a windy day there was open roof, with fluffy insulation, old ducting to be removed, new intakes and enlarged outlets to be installed, lots of plaster to be cutWe knew we were going to be left with dust, but boy, they did a pretty good job of cleaning up after themselves.Recommended by me. They just knew what they were doing from start to finish.

Had some initial problems with our split system after installation but Russells eventually fixed the problems. All in all a good service. Nice to be warm again!

Russells' had installed a ducted heating system in our home less than 3 years ago. After a recent routine service on the unit, it failed to work a day or so later. (No connection/purely coincidental) After a call & visit from a Brivis technichian, the unit was diagnosed with collapsed return air ducting, effectively strangling the unit & advised to call Russells' for rectivation as he thought it was an installation issue. A call to Russells' had their installer out the very next day who found that the ducting had delaminated/collapsed and was blocking air flow. The ducting was replaced under warranty within a few days & all is working fine again. Thankyou to all the staff at Russells', from the office staff & manager to the guys who turned up at our home for your prompt & friendly service.

Ewen was a great help! He got the install scheduled for a Saturday and managed to move it to the Friday which saved us a few bucks! Glen was really helpful and had great knowledge of their range.Great communication and even better customer service. Thanks Russell's Heating and Cooling - just wishing we were moving in earlier so we could experience our new heater rather than just admiring it.

Had split system air cons installed by the awesome team at Russell’s - punctual and friendly, the job turned out to be more difficult than first anticipated, but despite this (and a huge storm that came out of nowhere!)they got everything done. Care was taken to make sure that the job was done neatly and right the first time. As someone who suffers from anxiety, the guys did all they could to make things run smoothly and I’d recommend Russell’s Heating and Cooling anytime. Quality of product and service is definitely 5 star.
