The counsellors here are AMAZING!!! I think anyone giving low reviews has been given some hard truths tbh. I've seen a number of counsellers over the years here and they have always helped so much, giving real advice from a very experienced perspective, not just listening. More recently I have seen Jess (for our children) and Justin and both are brilliant at what they do, can't fault them, highly recommend for anyone going through difficult or confusing times within relationships or separation.

Absolutely one of the worst decisions we've made to go here. The last person we dealt with (Sharon) was just terrible (even the ex-partner agreed). Turned into a one sided blame game rather than a counseling session. It probably made the situation worse :(. Not even sure why we went here (they charge based on income). Recommend going somewhere else.

Im appalled at the reception. They NEVER pick up. What can they be possibly doing? Receptionist seems lazy

A necessary evil these days I suppose.
