What can I say ? I love my new kitchen. Eric from Dream Doors Kitchens, is the most courteous, friendly, professional, reliable young business owner and a man of his word, who came out promptly to our home to help us renovate and give our old, looking kitchen and study area a new face lift. Being a paraplegic and in a wheelchair after an unforeseen illness, Eric saw the need that I needed to be independent again in the kitchen in order to look after my family. Eric gave us his up most attention to show us samples of materials and various door handles to make our kitchen perfect. Measuring up was a breeze. The cupboards underneath the cook top and sink area were able to be removed in order for me to fit my wheelchair and my legs underneath the designated area so I can perform every day tasks such as cooking and washing up. Extra drawers were put in place to compensate for the space that we had lost. We are very pleased also with the quality of the materials and the installer Izzy who completed his job with precision, concentrating on detail. Eric visited every day whilst installation was happening to make sure everything was running smoothly. Updates were given via emails regularly and our kitchen was started the day that was said without any hiccups. We highly recommend Dream Doors Kitchens to anyone wishing to renovate their kitchen or to even give it a new face lift. I use my kitchen now with ease and comfort. All my friends and family cannot believe what a difference it has made to our house. They really know what they are talking about and they do their very best to please with an affordable price. Eric, of Dream Doors West, is a reliable business owner who aims to serve you, the client, in every way: a much forgotten quality so often these days. His professional approach, and standards, are beyond expectation. We had approached two different companies initially. You cannot believe the difference between them. Nothing was too much for Eric to answer, or to clarify. He provided us with drawings to ensure we were both on the same page with what we expected the end product to look like. He was very careful with measurements and even liaised with the suppliers of all our new stove/oven/fridge etc to ensure it all would fit perfectly. He was on time and worked efficiently. The job was finished in the time frame he stated. We could not be happier. The other company on the other hand wanted us to pay a huge deposit and commit to them before they would provide any drawings etc to ensure we knew what they were providing was what we expected. We had to chase them to get a quote. They are a big company too so we did not direct to receive the poor service we experienced.Dream Doors were not cheap, but we wanted a quality job backed up by excellent service and the knowledge that if there were any small issues down the track, they would be handled without hassle. There have been no issues at all. Dream Doors are worth every cent. We cannot give them a high enough eating. We love everything they did for us.

I highly recommend DDK West. Eric is a delight to work with. He is courteous, friendly and very helpful. We had our old broken kitchen drawers replaced with lovely new soft closing ones. Izzy did a great job with installation and cleaning up afterwards. The end result is amazing! A very cost effective way to upgrade your kitchen.
