The staff in this store are so incredibly helpful, always there to answer questions, provide solutions and recommend product, never pushy, always considerate. The products are displayed beautifully and the store is open and easy to navigate. Always a good experience.

Good specials when they clear discontinued items. Able to source items from other Early Settler stores and deliver via their main warehouse. That's good customer service.

Love the products, their sales are usually pretty good. Staff are terrible. Every.single.time. No hello, no aknowlegement, no asking if you need help. Last time I was there 2 staff were having what looked and sounded like a debate of some debacle with another staff member right in front of me.!!not cool. The staff need to lift their game.

Staff very unfriendly, no hello, no would you like help with anything. Lady standing behind the desk on the phone the whole time bagging out a customer for the 10 minutes I was there. Clutter all over the walkways which made it very hard to navigate with a pram. I had money to spend here but will use it somewhere they appreciate my business.
