Extremely quiet and is approximately a walking block from Rail and Midland Forum. Basic accommodation that provides all that a traveller requires for a couple of days. Unfortunately the owner/contact person is a helicopter owner and continues to email us..I did not appreciate the 6am sms to remind me that I had to vacate at 10am ( had not slept well and had only just got back to sleep..) He also gave us the incorrect Security Codes for both the pedestrian gate and the unit security code which left us out in the cold rain ringing him for a code to enter the unit. Apart from that the unit itself a very good stay but note to self take your own pillows and towels as the ones provide are substandard.

We were delighted with our accommodation, it was close to the coolum bowls club where we played state bowls and just a short stroll to the beach and shops .The unit was clean and comfortable and was complete with washer and dryer ,would be great for a family to enjoy close to all shops and restaurants ,we would gladly go back.

Absolutely beautiful. Everything was lovely, love the location, facilities very clean, beds very comfortable, the best ever at Horizons is that this cabin provides free WiFi and a smart TV with access to Netflix.

We headed up last minute arriving late and 3 Growder court was perfect. With most of the essentials, soap, tea, coffee, bar the milk. A cute apartment, with a good sized fridge, washing machine, close to shops and the beach. Hilary and David very accommodating. Would recommend.

Booked the place to stay for a 2-night trip. Really enjoyed staying here. The night before I got there, I was well informed by the owner David about the house (how to check-in, facilities and instructions on everything). It was amazing. The house was cozy and neat with spacious living areas. Bedrooms were tidy and very comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

We had 2 nights at Salamander Bay. It's a lovely place to stay. Quite, spacious, private, and close to everything. The hosts are easy to contact. They sent clear instructions before we depart. We had a issue with the shower head. The host attended the issue right away. My son enjoyed looking for animals every morning in the golf course.

Stayed for 2 nights at one of their villas in hunter valley. It was amazing for adults and children. The property was supplied with all necessary stuff. We forgot to bring infant’s high chair but it was provided already in the lounge. Pool was outstanding, fun for both adults and kids.Thanks again to the property caretaker and neighbours for fixing my broken pair of glasses. They are lovely and hospitable. Had a great long weekend. Thanks David!

Thoroughly enjoy our stay at Midland. The property was clean and had everything for our stay. The property had its own parking space and felt very safe with gated access. We liked that we could walk to the local shopping centre and restaurants as well as the easy walk to the train station for a relaxed trip into Perth.We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay last month excellent hosts,close proximity to restaurants n wineries,very clean n was more than adequate...would recommend highly& will be booking for future stays.....your home away from home....love your work

We spent 2 nights over the new year at condo105 on the Horizon golf course Salamander Bay. The place is more than we have expected, it was clean, spacious with everything that we needed for a good break. The location was perfect, on the golf course, close to shopping centre, beautiful soft sand beaches….the new year fireworks at Nelson Bay Foreshore was a wonderful bonus… we will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended for adults only or young families.
