Having done 2 significant renovations with Olsen construction over 10 year period, I have been very satisfied at the results. I was always advised of costs before doing any variations and it was easy to discuss what was required. Mel was involved during the design and consulted with us to handle tricky parts of extending our home. The trades onsite were always respectful and did good work. We had great foreman on site every day and managed the job effectively. The project was close to budget and we could track where the costs were going. No downtime, even on wet days. Defects at the end of the project were minimal, something you don't achieve with project homes. If you have a significant custom project I can recommend Olsen construction.

Mel and the team at Olsen Construction did an amazing job with our renovation. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished product has been admired by all our firends and family. I cant recommend them highly enough.
