Xen Studios
I am new to Pilates and Xen Studios is the first studio I have had a membership with. I have felt so comfortable and welcomed into the studio and its community. The expertise and knowledge of the instructors make you feel like you are in safe hands. I came into 'Xen' hesitant about doing Pilates as I have a long history of back injuries, however, Nikki's understanding of how the body works made me feel completely at ease. I have been building my strength and learning more about my body's new capability since.
