Excellent service from start to finish. I purchased a couple of sofas, a dining table and chairs. Carson initially greeted me and was really friendly, engaging. Josh provided me with some excellent advice and assistance throughout the process. A very helpful and welcoming team. Would highly recommend the store not only because of the quality pieces (which, when you compare to neighbouring stores, is great quality for the cost) - but also the outstanding service.

We had a really good experience, Viviana was awesome to deal with and we love our couch however the delivery service is horrible. The delivery guys refused to enter through the front door with our couch boxes using the excuse that the door might scratch. When we organised the delivery at the store, we specified our door was a single door size and it was all written in the delivery notes. The delivery guys were lazy and not keen on assisting at all.

Nick scali is probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only do they lack communication skills but they lack courtesy and decency. I bought a couch from them back in Jan which they told me it was going to arrive about July, with the possibility of it being 2 weeks late. It didn’t come til the end of September. I was not notified about anything to do with the couch. I had to call to find out dates of when my couch will be here. Which they couldn’t say. I asked to cancel my couch since they didn’t keep to their part of the contract which they said they’d keep my deposit which was a few dollars off $1000. I ended up having to wait for the couch and callled them only to be told it was coming in 5 days. I had to call work last minute and uni as I was not given any notice of the couch. The couch came, I wanted to pay it through the humm90 which Nick scali hadn’t put it through and was trying to tell me I wasn’t approved when I was approved for 5000 dollars and the couch order was already pending. They told the driver if I couldn’t pay in the full , he’d need to pack the couch and take it back to the warehouse. They didn’t apologise nor were helpful. So I had no choice but to pay for the couch in full. Which is absolutely ridiculous when I had spoken to them and they told me that I could do it through humm90. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They need new policies in place or need to be shut down.I called themOver 15 times which they gave me different dates of when my couch was going to be arriving. Honestly, it’s understandable for it toCome late with Covid. But keeping the customer updated and being helpful would’ve made all the differences.

We’ve been waiting whole day at home for our furniture delivery. We didn’t get our furniture and there was even no one contact us for whole day. we keep calling customer service and was told the driver is on the way but never come. We had to call customer service next day, just be noticed the driver delivered our furniture to different clients and unable to send back. They requested us to make the surcharge of re-delivery, and requested us to wait for 2 months. Can’t believe we will be surcharged because their drivers delivered the furniture to wrong place. Totally unacceptable and poor service. Disappointed to Nick Scali.

Unfortunately I had really bad experience with nickscali staff particularly shagun she needs to understand how to talk with customer.she is shouting from the counter I told you no free delivery.I was really furious with her behaviour.Store manager Was there on the counter with her she has to stop her than and there.Vivian manager came to me and apologise to me for shagun behaviour.Reason I have ask shagun regarding free delivery as I have called online customer service on Saturday I had word with Julia she said because you making bulk purchase I can do that as soon as I ask shagun she didn’t show any interest help me she start asking cross questions.Very rude behaviour of her made me really uncomfortable I was there with my daughter I wanted to walk away that’s where I saw gentleman Fran he said can I help you I said yes please I brought 2 couches and dinner table and chairs.It’s really serious matter you should take action.

Ordered the Parker lounge with battery pack and the Zeya rug. Nothing but issues from the start. Delivery took 4 weeks longer than advised at time of purchase (5 months in total).- Sofa delivered had a tear in one of the headrests.- Battery pack won't hold charge, so unable to use unless it's power cable is plugged into the wall. the whole purposed of paying extra for the battery pack was so we didn't have to do this.- Raised a ticket within 5 minutes of sofa being delivered (now 3 weeks ago) and still haven't heard anything/been given an update.- Rug we ordered doesn't suit our area due to the size. Rolled it out yesterday for the first time and rolled back up after realising it doesn't fit, it's unused but they won't accept a return/refund/exchange as it's out with a 7 day timeframe (which they don't mention is their policy anywhere)Customer service is extremely poor, call centre based in the Philippines who have no ability to give a proper update on what is happening to resolve the issues.Considering we spent over $5k for the sofa and rug, it's a shocking experience - the worst I've ever had with any furniture company and will not use again. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

I just had the pleasure of ordering a lounge from Nick Scali Furniture, and it was a total experience! After trawling through multiple furniture shops, my partner and I finally found the perfect one at Nick Scali.The sales person who helped us out was a legend. They really knew their stuff and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Plus, they had a great sense of humour and kept us laughing the whole time. It made the whole process so much more enjoyable - furniture shopping can be a bit of a drag, am I right?The best part was that we were able to customize the lounge to suit our needs. We added a few extra features to make it extra comfy, and now we can't wait to lounge around on it all day long.The only downside is that we have to wait 10-12 weeks for it to be delivered. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right? And at least we'll have something to look forward to.All in all, I highly recommend Nick Scali Furniture. The sales team is knowledgeable, funny, and easy to work with, and the customization options are a game-changer. I can't wait to finally get our lounge and put my feet up!

I had very bad experiences with Nick Scali.When we first bought three pieces (coffee table, console, and a chair) from the store, the staff put down the wrong item name, well every body make mistakes sometimes, we found out and corrected it.The delivery came and the it was the wrong item again (wrong coffee table, last time was wrong collection, this time the wrong shape). We are not unreasonable customers, but when you make the same mistake twice it's kinda annoying. Well things happen so yeah maybe the staff had a tough day.Anyway delivery guys took back all three items. (Wrong coffee table, console and chair)Few days later, the store called me to arrange another delivery, but unfortunately the chair will be delayed for another month and half.Hold On a sec,But my chair was ready, it came and you took it back and now you telling me it's sold to someone else???And I can't cancel it?The whole thing is a mess.

Me and my husband went to the South wharf Nick Scali furniture store to buy a sofa. We were greeted and met by Viviana. She let us a have a look around and when we were ready we asked her to help us with a sofa we liked. Viviana was incredibly honest, charismatic, enthusiastic and informative mixed with and incredible sense of humour which we love, on all our questions and queries regarding the products we were interested in. Ultimately we brought the couch with full confidence knowing that we purchased the right product. She was also openly honest about delivery times and said that there are shortages of stock and wait times may vary because of corona virus which we understand. We finally got our sofa delivered and we couldn't be happier. If anyone is looking to purchase furniture they would go and see Viviana and we will be coming back to see her again If I need anything else. Thank you very much
