We've used this company twice. Both times arranged through our vet. First time was fine; recieved remains back within a couple of weeks. Second time, it took over two months.I was warned by the reception staff at my vet on the day our dog was euthanized that he had been very busy" so it might take "longer" than usual. We've used Pets At Peace (Canberra) on two occasions and both times, the service (from Tony) was prompt, courteous, and understanding. On each occasion, Tony collected our beloved dogs from our home (where they had passed) and returned their ashes within a week. On both occasions we chose for their remains to be returned in beautifully finished wooden boxes with plaques. We highly recommend their service.

This is the second time I have used Pets at Peace. I have so much appreciation for this service.We had dealings with Tony and Kevin. Both were so very professional, caring and respectful. It is never a nice thing to go through, but they made the process much easier and now I have my beautiful girl home. ❤Thank you so much again.

Their care and empathy when they return our loved pets and faultless, I lost both my dogs 6 weeks apart and their compassion was outstanding. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his team at Pets at Peace were wonderful from the start to the end. For such a painful time for me they were kind and supportive and communicated so well, I got the urn and the paw print frame, there was delays with the frame but Tony kept in touch with me and did his best getting it to me. I could not be happier with the service and care provided to memorialize my girl Lexi ❤️ thankyou Pets at Peace.

We lost our beautiful Ferret Rocket. I found their website online and rang them to organise Rocket to be picked up.The phone conversation was a little clinical and I did have to repeate a few details a few times. However Tony was lovely, when he came to pick my baby up he was very sweet and understanding. Less then a week later he rang letting me know that my boy was ready to come home. The process was fast and really helpful. Thank you guys

It took two weeks to receive my boy's ashes. I don't know if that's long or not. I do know that the vet said it would be about a week. So after a week I did get a bit anxious. But Pets at Peace did call us as promised. They drove the ashes to my house. They were polite and they did have a lovely arrangement for Roscoe (the urn and the rest of the set up was quite nice). All in all I was satisfied with the service.
