Died my brows black when I am blonde and asked for light/medium brown. Still charged me and told me they were brown when they are clearly jet black. Never coming back & would NEVER recommend.

Will not be coming back. Got a package deal shown all over their shop for threading of brow, upper lip and chin plus a tint for $63 but was charged $85 and when questioning this, they told me I got a henna tint which bunked the price up, although I specifically asked for a normal tint. It also took them 45minutes which is ridiculous for this type of service. When charging me the lady looked over at her colleague and smiled as if they knew they were ripping me off. Rude service and the tint was way darker then I had asked for. I paid because I did choose your services but I wont make that mistake again. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Paid $140 for a full set of lashes. The lady seemed annoyed after telling her I have sensitive eyes. Almost immediately I get eye irritation and my eyes start watering badly, she continued without checking if I was ok. Towards the end the pain was so bad I was asking her if we are almost done and telling her the glue is hurting my eyes. She brushed it off telling me that she’s almost done. At the end she took of the eye patches and didn’t even brush the lashes. Will not be back!

Been going there for months now for eyebrow threading and my eyebrows have always looked amazing when I leave the store.I get many compliments from others for my eyebrows, which is all thanks to Beauty Hub Chermside. They always do an amazing job. highly recommended

So amazing! My eyebrows have been untamed and uncut my whole life until today. They really got me together, I was so afraid of too much hair getting taken off, an unfitting shape, etc, but they got it exactly perfect without me having to say a single word. Just lovely!

Would give them no stars if possible. Told me the price would be 58$ on the sign, asked repeatedly what the price was. Got charged extra and then an extra charge for my credit card, nearly 100$ dollar and my eyebrows are uneven and carved to bits

I went and got “eyebrow tinting”. i was asked if i wanted light dark or medium. i said light as my hair is blonde and didn’t want them dark. the ‘manager’ did them and i left with brows that were black, uneven and didn’t even look like eyebrows. i went to another place and got them fixed. still not happy with the colour and how she let me walk out of the shop. i went back and asked for a refund she said she couldn’t give me it and i showed her a photo of my eyebrows yet she just gave excuse after excuse. they are unprofessional and obviously not trained in what they do. DO NOT GO THERE. horrible experience.

DO NOT GO HERE - I got a set of Russian Volume Dramatic set done at Chermside.I told the lash technician that the eye pads were burning my eyes 6 times and she still didn't move them. I also told her to not put tape on my eyebrows as I'd had them freshly tattooed MULTIPLE times and she still taped my eyebrows.During the service she answered her phone and was talking on the phone during the appointment. She physically stopped the service to answer and talk on her phone for at least 5 mins.I kept telling her throughout the service my eyes were burning. They got so irritated I needed the fan to stop them from tearing up and to keep them dry.After the service was done, she pulled the tape off my eyebrows and it damaged the eyebrow tattoo. The manager came over and said 'did you tell her your eyes were burning?' I said 'Yes, I told her multiple times and to not touch my eyebrows, she completely ignored me.'After having them on 4 days, the left eyes lashes look dramatic and the other side looks like a classic volume. They are falling out in clumps and the lashes are not even touching my eyelid, there is a significant gap. I called the salon to ask them to fix this and was told I'd need to pay $70 to have them fixed and 'the lady who did your lashes isn't in today to do them for you'.I've had to book in to another salon today to have them completely removed and redone, they are that bad and look horrendous I'm embarrassed. I'm absolutely disgusted in your service, not only was the technician terrible she damaged my $700 eyebrow tattoo and damaged my lashes which I now have to pay myself to get redone and fixed.
