I rest my case as you admitted $50 for 15 minutes of “cleaning”! FYI it was $70 until Princess realised that I I was distraught by the young boy’s cleaning. She told me to only pay $50 and apologised about the cleaner she sent to me. Still didn’t help me after I had to redo the cleaning from your young worker. Just accept this.People deserve to know the truth before they loose their money & minds of your “professionalism.”All news is good news. Hope this review helps you to understand to train your workers properly. I work hard for my money also.My 1st time hiring Kosmic Services was this Tuesday.Cleaner arrives after 1hr 30 minutes late!.. Princess -owner sent me a very young teenager to clean my home.. this boy literally finished “cleaning” my home in 15 minutes!He just vacuumed here & there like a very very bored child.. I had to teach him ..he kept lying to me when I told him very politely that he never vacuumed my kitchen, under my bed or my kid’s, lounges etc ..he replied, “don’t worry when I mop all dirt go away.”I told him that no the dirt & dust will not magically disappear. Your mop will be spreading dirt & dust to everywhere in my home which causes bacteria & germs later on and it will stick grossly to all my floors..which what he actually did when he “cleaned” my bathroom..he drenched my whole floorboards with water that could of damaged my floor boards.& anyone could of had a very serious fall.I did tell him nicely to please squeeze out the mop very well to dry my floors abit .. it’s truly like talking to a young teenager which is exactly what he was!I messaged Princess throughout the night about this horrendous experience. She replied saying, “Just give him a go please.”PS Do not message/call me again after I have edited this review please
